GoogleAnother year of excellent service from Manning Stainton Lettings who have dealt with every aspect of finding and dealing with my tenants and looking after my property in Horsforth. The whole team are fantastic but Bobby deserves a special mention as she takes personal responsibility for managing my property. Bobbie is absolutely brilliant, a pleasure to deal with, super efficient, courteous, friendly, organised and very proactive. I don’t live in Leeds and often abroad. Bobbie and the team have managed the property for over a year and the tenants and I are happy with the service. Bobby keeps me informed if there are any issues and always shows initiative. Thank you BobbIe and all at Mannings Stainton Lettings Moortown in Leeds. It gives me peace of mind having you mange my property. I highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

GoogleAlex from MS has been particularly helpful over the past few days (he’s always helpful and efficient by the way), but as a landlord, I find the admin is always tedious. Alex stepped up and sourced all the information that I needed and delivered the next working day !

GooglePoor Response Time. I requested viewings of multiple properties that I was highly interested in on Monday and Tuesday this week and now its Friday and still no response at all. I even sent a follow -up email asking for an update and nothing but a reminder to read the renter's guide. Will look elsewhere.

GoogleIldi was absolutely fantastic throughout the whole process of the purchase. Nothing was too much trouble and she acted as the perfect go between. GoogleI’d like to express our thanks to John and Tom for all their help in getting our flat let out. They quickly got tradesmen in to do painting, carpet fitting and some electrical and plumbing repairs, ready for a new tenant. The whole process has been very speedy, Tom in particular has always been good at keeping us informed of the progress with the tenancy.

GoogleStayed with the team for three years. Highly professional and they know the ins and outs of managing a property which made things straight forward. Checkin was smooth and handled over the video. Any amendments were made and the team is very responsive. Checkout was also smooth and communication is excellent. I would encourage greater flexibility when renewing contracts when tenants are looking to shift.
