Ellie was very efficient in answering my queries and Gemma and Rochelle were very patient with me when sale had been agreed and I was ringing them for updates on a regular basis, they understood my concerns and put me at ease. The service at Manning Stainton in Pudsey was excellent. Everything was handled efficiently, I felt listened to and my queries were answered promptly. Although all the staff were helpful I particularly appreciated the role of Sara Wilson, Move Manager, who handled liaison between buyer, seller and solicitors. What a great role in what can be a stressful procedure. Thank you

Used twice , first time buying my first home and currently just used them selling that particular house and buying another. Very friendly staff , got the job done. I have dealt with mainly Debbie and Megan Hirst which have been great as always. I won’t be moving for a while but I will always keep these guys in mind for next time :)

Great service received from Natalie at the Crossgates office. Totally on the ball with regular progress updates, communication was excellent and the whole sale process was super smooth. I'd highly recommend using this branch, my sale took 10 weeks from start to finish. In this day an age it was amazing. I'd definitely use them again. Thank you!

I am a landlord and recently reached out to Manning Stainton in Morley, Leeds (South Leeds Lettings) to find a suitable tenant. Even though it took 4-5 weeks to find a tenant, the lady I was dealing with, Isabelle Smith was an absolute star. She was very patient, excellent in her communication - Kept me informed at all times, excellent response times for my emails and good knowledge about the tenancy rules and regulations. When purchasing a flat Lesley Alexander was our contact at Mannings and she worked very hard to prevent the purchase from falling through. It was a difficult purchase but her tenacity was paramount in a successful purchase. Couldn’t recommend her enough!

What I thought was a great experience at the start went all pear shaped. Had a viewing booked with a confirmation. No one showed up to the property, no one informed me about of any changes. I have texted and left a voicemail for the office to get back to me. No response. Very disappointed.

In our dealings with the staff at Manning Staintons, initially Nikki and then Leslie Alexander, we found that they were always helpful and willing to take the time to explain how the process was progressing. This was particularly so in our sale where the buyer had issues with finance which delayed matters. As we had not experienced this before it was good that Lesley kept us well informed and was able to give us reassurance, based upon her experience, that the sale was progress and that we would not have to start the whole process again.

GoogleKar Tatler are absolutely brilliant. They have rented 2 of our houses out for us now. They notify me immediately if there are any problems. Rebecca has been so helpful, she takes time to explaine everything clearly to us when we have any questions. Would highly recommend them.
