We purchased our new home through this branch. Izzie and Bel in the branch were both incredibly helpful, friendly, and responsive during the early stages of our purchase. We ended up in a very difficult chain (through no fault of Manning Stainton) and Yvonne dealt with this brilliantly. Yvonne worked tirelessly to get our purchase completed, actively supporting the solicitors in the chain to get enquiries resolved and she was always responsive to phone calls. We were having problems with damp and mould so Katie arranged for a damp inspection which lead to damp-proofing work, re plastering, redecorating the whole room and a brand new wardrobe (of our choice!).
