Codie in particular makes this estate agents 5⭐️ She has communicated with me throughout my house buying process, making me feel at ease and going above and beyond to make the sale as smooth as possible. They never give up trying to help

A long time ago, a long long time go you promised to sell my home. What took you so long ? To be fair, you actually sold it four times but other people & their broken chains were the problem !! I want to thank all the Branch team involved during the long process & Move Manager Joanne for the work you all put in to get there in the end. Despite having to put up with a naive first time seller & his never ending questions you were always happy & kept me fully up to date. Our experience with Manning Stainton (Moortown) was great, having rented with them for almost 5 years. The moving out process was seamless as well. We had different housing managers over the period, but having Teddy for the last few years was a great ending to our renting processes - always polite in his dealings with actions taken immediately when any issue is reported. The letting service provided by Manning Stainton has been generally satisfactory, especially John Sheader, whose prompt communication and efficient handling of issues have been very helpful. I would like to suggest two areas for improvement: 1. After a tenant pays the holding deposit, it would be very helpful to provide a confirmed move-in date. This would greatly benefit new tenants and help reduce potential financial losses. For example, it would allow them to give timely notice to their current landlord, arrange school transfers for their children, organise broadband relocation, and schedule furniture deliveries. 2. The check-out report provided at the end of the tenancy could present a more neutral description of the property’s condition, in order to avoid unnecessary disputes during the deposit return process.

The whole team who we have had contact with at MS Headingley have been polite, friendly and helpful. Thus far our main contact has been with Hannah Lund who managed our viewings and sales negotiations efficiently and professionally. Charlie and Alice were great; viewing were on time, they communicated well between the landlord and myself, as well as they were quick to settle issues while you are applying for stuff. We purchased our new home through this branch. Izzie and Bel in the branch were both incredibly helpful, friendly, and responsive during the early stages of our purchase. We ended up in a very difficult chain (through no fault of Manning Stainton) and Yvonne dealt with this brilliantly. Yvonne worked tirelessly to get our purchase completed, actively supporting the solicitors in the chain to get enquiries resolved and she was always responsive to phone calls.
