Finalised our house sale and I was extremely pleased that I picked up the phone to Manning Stainton first. From sound advice about the price to market the property to keeping me up-to-date on progress on the buyers side they were excellent throughout. Whether you prefer to speak to the daily or weekly, by phone or email, you can decide and they will adopt to how is best for you. I liked the text messages about viewings. Bel let me know the status of offers straight away and offered honest advice on them. Post offer phase, Yvonne was quick to respond to messages which I'm sure ensured the buyers were kept happy and meant the completion was as quick as it could be. Don't look anywhere else if you're selling a house in their area!

I have recently sold my house through Manning Stainton. It was a longer process than expected due to being messed around by buyers so I was very grateful that Manning Stainton throughout were helpful and supportive. They found more interested potential buyers very quickly. Also, the house me and my partner were buying was through them and they were great with the whole transaction too. The staff at the Headingley branch were great. In particular the Move Manager, Charlotte Poutney was amazing! Her weekly communication and friendly approach throughout really stood out especially during what can be a stressful process. Massive thank you to Headingley and definitely Charlotte. Will use MS again in the future.

The process became very stressful, largely due to the lack of communication from the move manager, Carol Hartley. Calls were rarely returned, which left me constantly chasing for updates and added unnecessary stress during an already difficult process.

The Benefits of Local Knowledge backed by common sense and approachability

We dealt with Helen Taylor and the team at the Oakwood Office .My wife and I were impressed with Helen both in relation to her local knowledge of houses in the area and her ability to match us up for a buyer for the property very quickly . Her advice was clear and always based on sound common sense . However in my experience common sense is actually not very common . Helen gave us sensible and sound advice throughout . We met a lot of agents wanting to sell our home . Some were young and 'flash , others were 'part of a team ' with devices and calculators to work out the price of the house . Helen and her team had sold most houses on our road and it was very easy to see why .She was supported by a friendly team who were always eager to help and a negotiating team in Gemma and Rochelle who made our whole experience seem smoother and were alway plesant to deal with

I feel that without the considerate, constant support of Kyle, I would have probably taken my property off the market. Overall the experience from Manning Stainton following us taking out the a rental contract wasn't great until we started dealing with Aidan. He is an incredible member to the team and completely turned around the service we received as a tenant. Whatever issue we encountered he was there to try and help us where he could and offer support. Very personal and understanding. Property inspections were friendly and personal. If you're a tenant or landlord make sure Aidan is dealing with your property. I can assure you that you won't be disappointed.

Aiden Harris managed my tenancy for the majority of my stay at a duplex near Pudsey and couldn't have been more helpful. Aiden always got back in touch with any queries I'd made in a prompt and professional manner. Always took thorough notes which were able to be used by other members of the mannings team if he was out of the office. There were a couple of small instances where I may have been stressed about situations and Aiden always dealt with them in a calm and collected way. I couldn't speak highly enough of him and would recommend him to anybody. He is in line for a promotion.

Once we were accepted for our new home, Isabelle Smith, helped us immensely. I will never be able to thank her enough for her efforts. She has been there to answer any calls/emails straight away, she has been available to us without hesitation. Beyond professional agency!

Estate agents often get a bad press and unfortunately many are deserved, so when we appointed Manning Stainton we were ready to have to drive the sale of our property ourselves. Im thrilled to say we had nothing to do apart from some paperwork. We never had to make a single phone call to check anything, MS rang us very frequently to keep us updated every step of the way. With a good number of viewings arranged, the house was sold within the first week. Their recommendation for the solicitors was first class, as they also were super efficient. All in all, Charlotte Poutney was the perfect contact for us, customer focussed and highly efficient. I have no hesitation in recommending Manning Stainton to handle your property needs
