Ive been pleased with the focus and communication in relation to my house sale from the Morley team. Manning Morley have managed to keep me informed of all progress along the way. Jodie in particular has been instrumental in this. She is always upbeat and pleasant regardless of any temporary barriers to progress pulling in updates from the vendor and other members of the team. My liaison with Andrew the Branch Manager has also been positive.

We put the house up for sale in March with your Beeston, Leeds Branch and the sale seemed to be dragging on with not a lot of communication, I telephoned and left messaged but they weren’t always returned.Carole our move manager was on holiday for two weeks and during this time we didn’t get any updates and when she returned it was the same, she didn’t seem to know what was going on and we don’t believe anything had progressed at this stage.Carole then went on sick leave and we were then dreading the next few weeks until we received a call from Zani.Zani Was very helpful and she regularly rang us to give us constant updates on the progress. We never once had to chase her.She was very informative and very helpful with updating us on where we were. If she promised to ring me back on a certain day and time she followed it through.If Sani hadn’t had become involved in the sale of 61 Allenby Road we would have put in a complain of poor service and communication, she turned the sale around for us she was amazing, a credit to you.

TrustpilotOver promise over charge - under deliver
We shopped around and mannings were the most expensive but we had a brilliant sales pitch promising a premium service. We fell for it paid more and that was the end of the good service. Since then we have had nothing but problems, mistakes, lies, rude staff, lack of feedback, lack of chasing, you name it they have gone wrong with it. When challenged their manager became defensive and argumentative, they have done everything they can to deny the service we have received, taken zero accountability when we formally complained and refused to support us in anyway. We are now left with a higher price than anywhere else and sub level service. We might as well marketed ourselves. We have been forced to take our case to the ombudsman due to zero support from the Garforth branch! Avoid if you can and save your money by choosing someone else.

The staff were professional and helpful and the sale of my property went through smoothly. Zaini the move manager was amazing and kept me informed every step of the way. I never had to chase her for information, she was in touch at least once a week usually several times, so I always knew what stage we were at in the process. Zaini definatley made the sale a lot less stressful than a house sale normally is.
