Managed mums house sale sensitively and professionally throughout. Solicitors on both sides were chased regularly and updates provided on how things were progressing. Very happy with the service provided.

Overall the service provided by Manning Stainton Crossgates branch was average. Sometimes they were slow to react to phone calls/emails. Tyler seemed to be very busy, and we rarely spoke to anyone else. Maybe they have too many houses on their books? Having said this, they sold our house 😀 Special mention must go to Gemma and Rochelle, the Move Managers, who were amazing. Very proactive, friendly, and great at sorting out the problems/stresses associated with buying a house. They are also dealing with our onward purchase, and I've every confidence they'll guide us through to completion asap!

Vicky provided a fantastic customer service all the way through. She provided great advice and got me a great mortgage deal that I'm really happy with. She explained everything really clearly, always great communication, responding promptly with any questions or queries I had. She was so helpful and clearly knows her stuff making the mortgage process as stress free as possible. I would definitely contact Vicky again for mortgage or insurance advice and wouldn't hesitate to recommend her.

Smooth and quick move in and Manning Stainton Mooretown accommodated to my requests (a fast move in / turn around). Had some issues with comms stemming from replacement keys which was my fault initially, but Briony was great in liaising with me and resolving the issue in the end. Overall, would recommend 👍

Fabulous service from all of the staff, Lesley, Dale, Joanne, Tyler, Natalie, Izzy, Shazia and Nicole at the Manning Stainton branch in Crossgates.All of them were very friendly, polite and knowledgeable. Any questions were answered in a timely manner and I was kept informed at all times regarding the sale of my mum's home.I would definitely recommend anyone to use this branch of Estate Agents.

The build up to moving in was a little stressful and we felt like the communication could have been a bit better, however since moving in it has been fantastic.
