Following the instruction to market our property, progress has been faultless. Marketed on Friday and sold to the first viewer on the following Tuesday. From the initial visit from Matthew and his return to measure and photograph the property the communication and handover to the staff members dealing with the different aspects of the process has been seamless. Matthew offered a very friendly and professional approach and then passed the baton to Jack who has been extremely efficient and offered first class communication with updates. Following the very professional and friendly handover by Jack I received a prompt and informative call from Yvonne who has offered to guide us through the legal process with the solicitors, who were also very prompt in sending the paperwork to us. So far this stressful process of selling a property, which we have done several times with various agents, has been anything but and I am feeling confident for the rest of the journey, through to completion. Will write a review again at the end of the journey.

After two unsuccessful attempts with other estate agents, I jumped onto the good ship Manning Stanton.Whereas my earlier ideas were met with derision and stubbornness, Jacob Onyando listened attentively and was open to suggestions.By going that extra mile, our home was sold in less than one week.Later viewings were cancelled by us, it was job done.I can't praise this team enough, and top marks to Jacob who is surely going places.

We have a number of rental properties and Manning Stainton are the worst property management agents we have ever used. The staff are clueless, they take weeks to respond and the whole thing was a shambles from beginning to end. At one point they tried to rent out the property whilst I was still living in it, despite being told it was occupied and when the tenancy could commence. They then lost me almost a month’s rent as the tenant couldn’t move on that date. They also lost the keys to my property. Would not recommend at all.

We sold and purchased with the Beeston branch who were excellent all the way through. We had three different people offering on our home within three days of going on the market which was really impressive. Special mention should go to Zainiour move manager who constantly kept us informed throughout the whole process and made sure both the sale and purchase got there in the end, she was both helpful and reassuring when things got stressful. We would definitely recommend using Manning Stainton.

We went through the sale process with Amy Marshall, who was fantastic throughout. Great communication and guidance, even going over and above to offer some reassurance when we were struggling to find a new home! Information is provided in a timely manner, and we never felt like we were chasing for updates. I would definitely recommend this branch, and Amy to anyone who is considering selling/buying a house.
