Charlotte is fantastic

I am in the process of selling my house, with Charlotte Murrie as my sales negotiator. Excellent service, we had originally found a house we wanted before we had even put ours up for sale, but manning stainton was amazing at getting ours up on the market as quickly as possible and it didnt even take a week to sell! Charlotte inparticular was AMAZING as this was our first home we had sold she went through everything step by step and even reexplained things we werent sure on she would be fantasic for any sale or purchase but even more so with first time buyers/sellers as she has the patience of a saint and so very kind and helpful! Also Jessica who sold ours and showed us around our new house was just as helpful in talking us through everything regarding our purchase! Very happy with everything provided by Manning Stainton!

Reliable letting agents!

we were in our property for 1.5 years and for about the last year had a great agent, Taleb. The reason why it is 4 star is that there was a period where our original agent had left and we had not been informed, so we had been sending emails to the letting agents and receiving no response but also weren’t aware of any changes. Since Taleb took over however, any maintenance issues or other questions were answered in great time and we have been happy with the renting process with Manning Stainton. Thank you
