The adel branch from the very beginning has been absolutely amazing! Belle and Matthew have been very informative and nothing was ever to much for them. The sale of the house was very fast and efficient and was made aware of everything that was happening. Very impressed with the service we received. Both Matthew and belle was very helpful throughout. Thank you guys, it has been a pleasure to work with you. I will be recommending your branch to anyone in future who wants to sell their house.

Just pay some attention to your tenants as well. I can't spend hours and hours to complete forms just to approve a viewing. We don't all have time to spend, we are actually looking for a house. If you need more info from me just ask me. I am not going to lie. Next time I will from the landlords to complete forms before my viewing on their house, just to make sure that they can afford to keep maintain the house.

From meeting Louise at the beginning of the process to Molly guiding us through and Claire once our sale was agreed we can not recommend Manning Stainton enough. All 3 have been absolutely incredible. My many many phone calls with Claire & Molly helping ourself and our purchaser through this process have been amazing and we couldn’t have done it with out them. Thank you to the whole team.

Manning are totally f**king useless. Very very slow to get any thing done and even then it ends up been a half ass job. Over a year waiting for some decorating as a previous job left a hole in the wall.Over two week now not being able to use my washing machine, sink or shower as plumbing is blocked. No sign of anyone coming to sort it. I have to bring my clothes and dishes to someone else's house. And use their shower.Manning knows this and still don't seem to give a s**t. All I get is we are working on it , thanks for your patience.... p**s off. Only interested in getting rent.

GoogleWe found the team to be very effective and helpful and good at keeping us informed and communicating. We were shown a big portfolio of properties all in one condensed period which, for us who lived 1 hour away was perfect. We didn't actually buy with them but that's not due to their lack of effort, simply we found the right property with someone else. Many thanks for your time, effort and positive attitude.

I’ve been letting my house up at Leeds with this company for a few years now. Wherever there was an issue with my property, I’d reply back within 24 hours. For the first time, I was the one to make the first contact. Needed to know the value on my property, look into buying another property, knowing the market, what I can afford. They said they will get their X and Y team to call me. Nothing. Chased up. Still nothing. Someone did go to evaluate my property on Nov 10, 2023. Haven’t heard back. Chased up. Nothing. Made a complaint and spoke to the top dog, who was all like,” Let’s repair our relationship.” Lol. 2/3 weeks later, still nothing. What the F am I paying their super pricey “admin” fee, every single month, for years, for?This started in September 2023. Still haven’t heard anything back from them. Take your business somewhere else.

From initial advice and guidance on both selling and or renting my property the Morley team have been outstanding todate. Jodie as kept me updated on visits, comment from viewers, potential interest and at the moment moving to contract. Comms have been via email and mobile, which are responsive and timely. I used you when I bought the property 12 yrs ago and the company continues to live up to expectation. I look fwd to a speedy completion process now .

Manning Stainton have some lovely houses on their books, but we found them to be quite chaotic and disorganised throughout the process of buying our house. When they initially took us round a development, they seemed very uninterested in selling the house to us and were unknowledgeable about the details of the property. When we put in our first offer, we chased them up a week later to find out it had been lost in their system and never even given to the seller.Myself and my husband both work away from home a lot, and we asked them to keep in contact with both of us via email. Manning ignored this and constantly rang my husband, with queries that he could have answered via email without interrupting his work (or even on occasion waking him up in a different time zone). They would also constantly copy me out of email threads, or only email my husband which was upsetting and made me feel like I wasn’t part of the process, despite having an equal share in our joint house buy.When we put in our offer, the head office then decided to get involved and we’d often get emails that they’d ‘chased up’ our solicitor, something we very much didn’t need as we had been in constant communication with them. They also got key points of information wrong and used incorrect terminology and outdated information about our sale, so we were worried they were being more of a hindrance than a help.Overall, Manning Stainton have some great properties, but aren’t the best when it comes to organisation and listening to their individual client’s needs.

Poor performance from inexperienced new staff this time. My property usually rents in under a week but due to tenant abuse,lack of cleaning, it took 4weeks to do. And after 2 over the top decoration quotes that took 3weeks to obtain. Overall it’s taken 3 months to get it rented. Lack of urgency from nearly everyone. All the good staff have left. If asked for a previous review it would have been a good 4. And maybe a 5. I’ve recommended others too previously. Office manager had to take over to get things moving. Thank good she did.
