100% recommend!

Claire Hale and Rachel Day were both amazing through out our sale and purchase. They were always cool, calm and professional. Claire who dealt with the final completion of our sale was always at the end of the phone or email and worked so hard to make sure everyone was doing what they should be doing. We are so grateful for her support and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend or use Manning Stainton again.

We have recently completed on a house which we bought through manning stainton pudsey, we found them very helpful especially Debbie who was very informative and also helped chased our own solicitors to get things moving, we also used the Brooker Vicky who helped set up our mortgage and building insurance who was a great help.

Excellent service and great and…

Excellent service and great and friendly staff who work tirelessly to ensure your sale or purchase goes through as smoothly as possible! Would definitely recommend and would not consider using any other Estate Agents to carry out a purchase or sale of a property. Staff at the Pudsey branch were fantastic at helping us when solicitor and legal delays held up our Completion dates. Especially Debbie, Laura and Charlotte.

An exceptional service

We have just purchased a house through Manning Stainton Morley and had a brilliant experience. Our main contact was through Chloe-Paige and she really did an exceptional job- we were kept up to date all through the process and was such a friendly and helpful person that kept us at ease throughout the whole process. This is in stark contrast to other estate agents we've dealt with and she really made all the difference.

Selling or Buying a house in Morley area

IMO, there is a reason Manning Stainton appear to do very well in the Morley area (their sales boards are everywhere!), they've just sold my house in Morley and I've already left a review for Jodie the most wonderful Sales lady! This one now is for the Branch Manager, Andrew. From my experience meeting him when enquiring about selling my house - he is very knowledgeable and experienced in selling houses, meticulous with detail, honest and down to earth, friendly, a great sense of humour and high standards of authenticity and professionalism. On top of that, his team in the branch office are all so ultra helpful, friendly, upbeat and professional - nothing is ever too much trouble and they make you feel a valued customer. If I ever needed to sell or buy a house again - I would be straight on the phone to Manning Stainton - they really are THE BEST!

Friendly service from Sarah and her team throughout the sales negotiations. We then dealt with Charlotte (our move manager) she kept us up to date with the legal side of things and provided valuable weekly updates. Completing was a long drawn out process and it was great to have someone that could keep us fully informed when the solicitors failed to do so.

I would personally like to thank Bobbie Brockbank who has been dealing with the end of tenancy for one of our flats, the whole experience was very professional and I was impressive by the swiftness of responses we were given, sadly something that you rarely see in this climate. Many thanks once again.

Excellent customer service and efficiency!

We had an excellent experience purchasing our new property through Manning Stainton. We were supported by Sales Negotiator Bel who could not have been more helpful and did everything she could to ensure that we could view the property (despite us living over 2 hours away!). She answered any enquiries we had efficiently, keeping us in the loop at all times on progress of the sale and handling our concerns in a professional but friendly manner! She also gave us a great handover as we move into the next stage of the process and we look forward to working with Manning Stainton for the remainder of our purchase.
