One of the Morley branch workers, Isabelle Smith, was always there patiently answering my calls which had plenty of questions. As it was my first time independently renting a house,I had no clue on the process and how long it would take until my family and I found a new home. Isabelle (Izzy) and her team were so loving and had all the patience to explain all the details,reassuring me that everything was in great hands. Indeed it was, now I found ourselves a home because of Manning Stainton team.

From the moment our property was listed with Manning Stainton the people in the office were great. Feedback was prompt and viewings were booked efficiently. Once our property was sold we were appointed a Move Manager. What can I say, Zaini Miraj was amazing! She was always available to talk to, often doing the work that our solicitor should have been doing.If you are considering listing with Manning Stainton, do it!

I am in the process of selling my house and so far I have been extremely impressed with all the staff who I have had contact with. I have received really regular updates about viewings, and when they said we’d review the listing in 3 weeks, they did. They have provided timely advice which resulted in 2 offers and the sale is currently underway - so fingers crossed it goes smoothly! I would definitely recommend Manning Stainton.

Right from my first contact about viewing a property there was no pressure or pushiness, great flexibility of viewing times & 2 incredibly cheerful & chatty agents to show me around. My absolute thanks goes to Joanne Williams who then guided me through the process chased solicitors, kept me updated regularly, chased when I forgot to chase & above all is a lovey lady who never tired of my ridiculous questions & explaining what at times felt like a foreign language! Joanne Is professional in every sense & I genuinely felt looked after & reassured. Buying a home on my own for the first time has been a nerve wracking experience but whoever I spoke to at branch was friendly, approachable & happy to help, providing me with any information I needed.Thank you - you’ve certainly prevented some grey hairs!

I really don't understand what I paid for.No major mistakes, but lots of small issues, lack of added value and total lack of self-awareness that the service was poor/average at best when they excitedly asked "please leave us a review it would really be appreciated :)"....if I had provided such sub-standard service I don't think I would be begging for reviews...but that's the point they don't really realise how disappointing their service is.So here it is...the review you asked for.- Really added no value, and appointments people wanted to view could take 5-10 days for your agents to have availability so ended up showing people myself- They provided viewers wrong viewing times and we lost a viewing because of this- Ringing me to ask me questions I have already answered on multiple occasions- During sale, I heard updates from my SELLER'S estate agent about an issue on my sale from info gathered from MY solicitor before Manning seemed to know about it, not proactive or on it at all- Constantly dealing with different people (hence issue above) - most of them young and inexperienced- Delay with my sale they didnt seem to know about or actually do anything to address (another one I heard from my seller's agent rather than MS)- Ended up speaking to my buyer directly (again Mannings unable to add any value) to resolve questions as it was just draggingProperty we bought was from another local estate agent. We dealt with same agent from viewing to completion so he knew what was going on and could answer questions quickly, was more engaged with our sale than MS were. This lot had to keep ringing me or asking each other, generally pretty clueless.The amount I was involved, I might as well just sold on Purple Bricks. Would have been easier and cheaper.In summary, pretty pointless contribution I just paid over £3500 quid for

Very professional and courteous service provided by all starting with the initial visit from Lee in January. Millie in the Wakefield office was very pro-active in arranging viewings and kept us regularly updated.Move manager Ann went above and beyond our expectations, helping us through an especially stressful time due to multiple changes to completion dates.
