I was selling the house of a deceased relative. I had two valuers come to the property one of which was the lovely Ben of Manning Stainton. I chose Manning Stainton because of the passion Ben had for the house. He could see its potential and that it had been a much loved home. I was lucky enough to be allocated Charlotte Poutney to handle the sale. Charlotte was professional, approachable and very helpful. I was kept up to date with every stage of the sale in real time. We hit a few bumps that were out of our control along the way but i always felt supported and we completed the sale. I would recommend this team to everyone who is wanting to sell their home.

Having sold two properties with Manning Stainton Adel in 2023 and dealing with them over a ten month period I cannot recommend them highly enough. Their entire team was fantastic throughout, they answered all my questions with in-depth knowledge and ensuring I fully understood their advice. Having sold my late Mother's property they were incredibly supportive and compassionate throughout and even though it was a trickier property to sell they ensured a smooth process and successful result. I listed my own home and they sold it with 3 full asking offers within a few days! I just want to give a special thanks to Belle who is incredible, she is honest, reliable, patient, helpful, incredibly warm, friendly and most importantly just a pleasure to be around. Thanks to the whole team Matthew, Paul, Belle, Jack, Sue and Sophie at Adel and Yvonne the Move Manager. I cannot thank you all enough. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

lesley alexander made the move a lot easier taking all the pressure from me, i was buying and selling so lesley was the communication to all concerned. She was pro active right from the start keeping me updated on each move. I couldnt have done this without stress if it wasnt for her, i did use another estate agent as well and found their communication nowhere near as professional and active unless I contacted them. I would use Manning just so Lesley could manage everything. Thank you lesley much appreciated. ( Ive now taken you off speed dial lol)

You only have to look around the area to see all the boards (many sold) for Manning Stainton, and thanks to their expert advice we have now sold our house after struggling with a local competitor. Communication from Emma Griffiths and Charlotte Murrie was amazing from start to finish and everyone else we dealt with in branch was friendly and professional. Overall the team at Manning were terrific. We had the unfortunate event of the sale collapsing after 4 weeks, and had to drop the price, but the team got us over the line and overall we were very happy. Charlotte was excellent during the final stages of the process, always on hand and on top of both solicitors and all aspects of the sale, she was a superstar. Chloe who was new to the business was also great, she did a great job for someone so new and was always on hand and proactive, very impressed. We are happy with the result and would recommend the team at Manning, they are definitely the market leaders in the area.

Leah is a lovely person to speak with she is very polite over the phone. Email contact has been in a timely manner and she has recommended some good contacts such as the mortgage broker and surveyor. I am a buyer but I would definitely consider using Manning Stainton if I was looking to sell a property in the future. They have also been very accommodating with house viewings and managed to book me in with viewings close together. Thank you so much!

GoogleI spoke with Lucy from the Moreton Branch and mentioned I was thinking of moving in the near future - she was so helpful and positive and arranged for me to have my house valued - Everyone who I talked to throughout the process were engaging and kind and made me feel they would do justice to my home - would really recommend anyone to give the staff the opportunity to help them - think it would be a positive outcome.

I was selling and buying through Mannings at Adel.At first it was slow and I didn't get much info unless I rang the office. Then Yvonne took over and things changed.Yvonne dealt with the sale and purchase as quickly and efficiently as she could. There were a few hiccups but Yvonne was on the case and dealt .with buyers, sellers and solicitors fantastically. Thanks Yvonne much appreciated.

I had the most smoothest and the best journey purchasing my second property and all credit goes to my move manager Zaini Miraj and manager Julie Hedley. My first experience was not too great for many reasons, one being the move manager's poor interaction. I was reluctant to be purchasing with Manning Stainton based on my previous experience and hoped my move manager would not be the previous one. However, I was blessed to be allocated Zaini and she changed my perspective on Manning Stainton and has fully redeemed the business and changed my viewpoint! Zaini provided me with updates at her earliest convenience and checked in with me before she went on annual leave and when she returned. Zaini explained all points until I understood and was always available when I had questions as well as responding fast and at a timely manner. I have worked with professionals for many years, however, the professionalism and effective communication Zaini provided me with has been outstanding. Purchasing a house could be very over whelming and stressful, however, I did not feel these emotions at all. I felt the journey was very relaxed, smooth and stress free! I would recommend Zaini to all home buyers, she is definitely representing Manning Stainton to the best! Words cannot describe the difference between my experience from the first purchase to the second and this is all down to Zaini's professionalism, hard work and positive engagement as well as running with the case effectively. Receiving the keys is always a positive and heart warming experience, however, Julie Hedley made this extremely special by giving me a goodie bag and made the keys personal by attaching a keyring with an imbedded trolley coin. Very handy! The office is a welcoming and warming environment. I am a young female who loves social media and felt the office is a perfect "instagrammable" environment. I could not wait to take picture with my keys and be proud of my achievement! Once again a big shout out to Zaini and the team at Manning Stainton.

I asked Manning Stainton Crossgates to sell my elderly mother's property. Throughout the process they were very professional and helpful. A special mention must go to Izzy who kept me up to date on everything. Due to the volume of enquiries. I agreed to do the viewings. Izzy had an understanding of my particular situation and together we were able to work a time table that enabled me to do the viewings, she arranged the viewings and she sought the feedback afterwards.We did receive 2 offers, but unfortunately my mother decided she did not want to move after all. That said, I would definitely use MS again. Thanks to Izzy and all the staff.

I’ve recently bought a property through Manning Stainton, which completed last week. It was a long process from start to finish due to issues out of the estate agents hands, however they (in particular Charlotte Poutney!) were amazing from start to finish and kept me much more informed of progress than my solicitors or any other party involved. Charlotte put me at ease the whole way through and couldn’t have been more helpful, even in the times where I was starting to feel stressed at situations, and I just want to say a huge thank you to her for all of her efforts and her consistent contact. She definitely made the process more bearable and I won’t hesitate to get back in touch if I ever sell this property.
