Friendly Assured Personal Service

We dealt with Manning Stainton for a probate sale and were very impressed with the service - from Emma's realistic and professional market appraisal to Ellie's friendly and assured hand-holding through the viewing and bidding stage to the deft chivvying from Gemma and Rochelle keeping all parties on the ball through to completion. Everyone did their bit with competence and good humour which helped make a stressful time as pleasant as possible. They know the patch and they know how to sell houses. Would highly recommend.

Proffesional, friendly and efficient.

I was very impressed with Manning Stainton from initial valuation through to completion. Special mention to Laura who was friendly and efficient throughout the whole process, she kept us up to date at all stages providing advice and reassurance whenever needed. When I said I didn't want feedback after each viewing (the rooms aren't big enough??) I was listened to and these stopped. The whole selling process took longer than I would have liked, but that wasn't down to the estate agent, it was the buyers solicitor. I do not live in the area so all the viewings were managed very well by the agents and I used solicitors they regularly work with. No complaints, and thanks again to Laura :)

they made the whole selling process amazing of my House stress free. From Meeting lee to value my house to start the Ball Rolling. Than most off my dealings was with Ellie she always there to Answer my Questions. when i was not available for a house view they got somebody round so i never missed a viewing. the Communication was first class. then when i agreed sale was Passed Over to Ann always keeped me up to date regarding next steps of sale. very approachable. made the whole selling process very smooth.

Couldn’t be any happier with the service of Manning Stainton Garforth. Had a couple of agents round to value my property but when Ben from Manning Staintons arrived, he gave immediate confidence that he could sell my property with possible interested parties already. Sales pitch I thought? No, the next day Ben called me and arranged a viewing. Ben sold my house immediately with no need for it to be advertised and no photos needed and for 100% of the asking price.The transaction and all dealings with Manning Stainton was very smooth and completed within estimated timescales. Can’t recommend Ben and his team highly enough.
