Belle conducted our second viewing with the property that we had offered on and also wrapped up our offer. She was great - so enthusiastic and friendly. She was knowledgable and also transparent if she didn’t know the answer the questions. She made sure that she provided us with the answer really quickly after this. her communication was great - she managed to get everything wrapped up the same day we did the viewing. Charlotte Poutney was amazing in helping with our first house purchase. She always kept me up to date and in the loop, chasing both sides of solicitors to try not let things drag on longer than needed. She helped talk me through the whole process as I was a bit unsure what step was next and it was never too much for her to email or call me. Couldn't of asked for anything else, she was the perfect person for the job 😊

I am so glad I chose Manning Stainton when I had to sell my mums house because the whole process from start to finsh has been faultless. Staff are professional, supportive and for me managed and attended all the viewings. My allocated case Manager Zaini was also amazing and rang me every week to update me on the progress. I would definatly choose Manning Stainton for any future moves I make.

Great communication and very speedy responses. I was happy to receive updates primarily via email and there was chance to also discuss things directly on the phone. Lovely staff and excellent experience overall. Lesley Alexander (in the Wortley office) really helped throughout the house sale process. Thanks Lesley for talking things through with me and offering fantastic advice! & thanks also to Nikki Dresser and Alex Conroy for your help in the early phases of the process. The whole Manning Stainton team really helped make the whole house selling process so hassle free and I’d highly recommend anyone to work with them.

Staff were all lovely and Nathan was particularly good as we were selling the property. Our move manager was useful on the day of the move, but after the offer and before exchange I found out much more than she did and in a more timely manner. The useful part was on the day as she acted as intermediary with the buyer.

Manning Stainton Beeston have been fantastic with the sale of my property. Dan came to provide the valuation, he's a really nice guy. Julie in the office is very friendly and a real joy to talk to. Special mention to Zaini Miraj, who was the real superstar through out the transaction. Zaini was quick to respond to emails and return calls, Zaini kept me updated throughout. I would have no hesitation in recommending Mannings Stainton to anyone. Before instructing Manning's I had another estate agent round to value the property. The asking price they advised was ridiculous. You need to mindful that estate agents have the tendency to over list properties initially to then bring the price down. Dan at Manning's recommended a realistic list price that I was both happy with and felt was realistic. Needless to say we didn't need to drop the price Dan's valuation was spot on. Thanks to all the team at the Beeston branch!

Manning Stainton were extremely helpful and professional from my first phone call up until the final point of completion. Due to the property I was selling being part of a sheltered complex it wasn't so straightforward. Manning Stainton were brilliant in helping me deal with everything. I would like to mention that Lesley Alexander has been amazing in helping me through the process, keeping in regular contact with weekly updates both phone calls and emails, and chasing all parties involved that needed to be chased.In particular, assisting me with the final hurdle that involved getting a last minute valuation survey arranged so we could meet the completion deadline.I would certainly recommend Manning Stainton as their level of customer service and support is second to none, thank you again for all your help ☺️

Great, knowledgable estate agents from start to finish they were excellent partners. We sold our home with Manning Stainton, Ben and the team at Garforth were excellent at marketing our home we received multiple offers and sold quickly. Our sales manager Lesley Alexander was fantastic in moving our sale through to completion, she’s incredibly tenacious, responsive and solution minded. Prior to using Manning Stainton we had listed with another estate agent, given this comparison, I can strongly recommend MS & state they are head & shoulders above the competition.

Yvonne has been incredibly supportive throughout the process of us buying a house, we are so grateful for everything that Yvonne has helped us with! There has been several hiccups from other parties throughout the process of us moving but Yvonne handled every issue with patience and care and we really felt like Yvonne was in our corner to make the move possible and liaise with others on our behalf. I had instructed Manning Stainton to sell my late mother's house.From start to completion, they were friendly and professional. There were a few hiccups in the process (isn't there always) and they were always quick to let me know what was happening and how to resolve it.There was one occasion which was particularly complicated, Charlotte phoned me direct and we were able to sort the issue out.

I originally chose a different estate agency to sell my bungalow, but after being with them for a month and having no viewings at all, I decided to bring Manning Stainton's on board. The bungalow was on Manning Stainton's books for less than 24 hours when they booked in their 1st viewing. When somebody made an offer to buy the property Laura was right there to get me the best price possible. All the way through this entire process Manning Stainton's have kept me up to date with phone calls and regular emails. It has been a very emotional, stressful journey to sell the house that has been my home for 42 years, it is not a journey I plan on ever taking again ... but if I did, I would go directly to Manning Stainton's.

Me and my girlfriend just moved into an flat in Morely and the Letting Agent, Deborah Tooley made the process really straightforward and easy to do. The place was for the most part exactly what was advertised and we were able to move everything in on the day that we needed to. The flat itself has plenty of space and is well designed. It's got a great location too, right next to the town centre and near the train station.We did have an issue where when we moved in for some reason we didn't get the keys to the electric and water meter which we had to go back and ask for.Overall though I would reccomend Manning Stainton as a letting agency. They have been very responsive since we moved in.
