I sold the property for exactly the price I had targeted, and the process was absolutely smooth from first contact to completion. Excellent service

I have recently completed the sale of my Mums house, and can not recommend Manning Stainton Morley Branch enough. Callum and Emily were my first point of contact, both were efficient, polite, friendly and great communicators. Love Manning Staintons

I chose Manning Staintons as I had dealings with them in the past, I found them very good, nothing has changed. Love this estate agents, Wakefield branch very friendly and helpful. When we received an offer and we accepted, our sale was passed over to a move manager. May I just add here our sale from start to finish was 8 months but that was due to delays at bottom of chain. Our move manager was Yvonne, wow, what a lady. Very polite, professional, approachable and easy to talk to, she knew what to say to me to pick me up from feeling frustrated and upset with all the delays and nearly throwing the towel in, she was always at the end of the phone or called me back, she had loads of patience and needed it dealing with me, but she never said a wrong word. I was constantly chasing but we got there in the end. So a thank you to manning staintons but most of all a big big thank you to Yvonne. I will miss our chats.

Wouldn’t use any other estate agent!

Manning Stainton have been absolutely amazing throughout the process of selling my parents house. From the initial enquiry, through viewings, advice on conveyancers and up to finding a buyer the Adel team were amazing - notably Belle and Jack and Matthew for his early advice on pricing. Our move manager Yvonne Jones has been brilliant once we accepted an offer and moved through the final stages with surveys, searches, liaising with the conveyancers, exchange and completion. She has been throughly supportive and efficient - keeping my updated as needed promptly. I would highly recommend Manning Stainton to anyone looking to sell a property and would use again if the need arose!

Manning Stainton are well established in the LS16 area, and know the subtlety of the local market. Having two premises (Adel and Horsforth) affords good knowledge of their "turf" which is essential in a volatile market. The Adel team are well led by Matthew who is personable and knowledgeable, and the supporting team are professional in their approach. Progress updates from the team (thank you Bell) were well received and conveyed sufficient information to keep me well informed. I have just used Manning Stainton Estate Agents South Leeds to find me tenants for my house in Beeston for the second time in eighteen months and am really very happy with the service they provided. Joe Thornton and Deborah Tooley were both really swift at organising viewings and arranging paperwork and I had new tenants within a few days after the previous ones left at short notice. Furthermore, he is ensuring improvements are made within the business to ensure others do not have the same experience as us. Thank you Mark for going out of your way and listening. We can tell you truly care.Do not go near Manning Stainton to rent a house. Their lack of communication, unprofessional attitude and lack of knowledge has left us feeling frustrated and upset.They do not get back to you when someone finally answers the phone, they are rude on the phone and fob you off from one person to another.A Lettings negotiator said they had told us one thing but actually hadn’t at all then blamed us and tried to charge us. Chewing chewing gum and blowing bubbles in your face with a lack of care is very unprofessional. I will not be using this letting agent again and ourselves as tenants and the landlord included have been let down. Don’t go near them!
