GoogleWe recently decided to put our house on the market. From the initial visit with Max, to an offer being put in and Jenna sharing the good news, we have been really impressed. The service from Jenna and Max has been excellent they advised us about things we were not sure about. Jenna called and gave us feedback. We have just accepted an offer after just a few days on the market and are now exited to look for our new family home. Thank you Jenna and Max.

We've had a fantastic experience with Manning Stainton in Garforth, who put everything into getting our house on the market and sold within the quick time frame that we needed for our chain. Emma Campion provided wonderful customer service throughout, and was so responsive and supportive with a real personal touch, which made such a positive difference for us during this process. I had a really positive experience with Manning Stainton while viewing a property in Leeds. Janice Freeman (the agent i met) was absolutely lovely, professional, friendly and very helpful throughout. She clearly understood what we were looking for and took the time to listen. She even arrived before I did and was already there ready for the viewing, which I really appreciated. Just completed on a property and it took a long time, and was very expensive, but Sara at Mannings was great. Without her it would have probably taken alot longer. She was chasing the solicitors and regularly keeping me updated. She did an excellent job and I thank her wholeheartedly.

Upon viewing a property, we wanted to go back with parents for a 2nd opinion. Jack was very accommodating with his diary and able to fit us in. We then went back with our 2nd set of parents and again Jack was accommodating for our parents to head back to the property. We made an offer on the property and Jack kept us informed of the progress of the offer and chased up the company we were buying from for updates. Jack showed us round the property and was very knowledgeable in relation to the questions we asked him and knew the property inside out. Jack has been a great help to us in our buying process and kept us informed of all developments and has been happy to answer any questions when needed. I would highly recommend Jack as an estate agent who will keep you happy by being attentive to your purchase experience!

Max explained everything clearly and professionally at the outset, and Jenna in Sales was excellent, generating consistent viewings and communicating very well. Maisie came out to view the house and give her her comments and advice, and Jack has been dealing with buyers coming to view the house and has kept me meticulously up to date with appointments made and the buyers he’s met. From the moment Mathew valued the house to Paul organising and overseeing the visits I felt supported by a smooth running operation with caring and competent staff. Within 3 weeks the house was under offer and Yvonne swung into action with her calm competence and pragmatism. I felt supportive by all the staff through the ups and downs of solicitors questions, surveys etc.. but Yvonne kept me rooted in the belief it was going to go through. The MS machine is very sound but the staff are the real stars.

We have just exchanged contacts on our house and Manning Stainton - in particular Kyle Guy from the Horsforth office - has been excellent in pushing the process through. From the moment of sale, Kyle coordinated everything and went above and beyond to chase people up and get things moving as quickly as possible. He had a handle over all aspects at all times and kept us updated at every opportunity. I think we would still be waiting for it to all be finished if it wasn't for Kyle! Charlotte Murrie from the Pudsey office was sorting out higher up the chain and was also incredibly helpful, particularly when our initial sake fell through and was instrumental in advising us to switch from our original estate agents to Manning Stainton. All in all a difficult process made easier by two professionals.

I want to say a massive thanks to Niamh Hanley at the Oakwood branch who supported with the sale of my property. For someone who hasn’t dealt with estate agents, she made the process really easy for me. Niamh arranged open days for viewings of my property and kept me up to date with the offers and position of the people interested as well as any feedback from the potential buyers. Niamh was polite, professional and really patient whilst I searched for a property to ensure there was a complete chain before passing me to the move team. Niamh went above and beyond by contacting the vendor of the property I was purchasing due to some complexities in the information being given. Thanks again Niamh!
