Really impressed with J -S &S in Dorking .Great team ,I first met Alan King who really seemed to understand the property and made me feel he loved it as well as me! Then we mainly dealt with Chris Fairclough who was wonderful with the viewings and was very knowledgeable about the property and the area. The weekly updates were very useful and came through promptly. Chris and team at Dorking worked tirelessly to make a very traumatic sale go through for us. The buyer of our house put ridiculous obstacles in the way and stupid amounts of stress on the move but the staff supported and worked over and above to keep us all going. I cannot recommend the team at Dorking Jackson Stops highly enough. They kept me informed and did all the liaising with my buyer and various agents and solicitors through the whole process. It was a stressful time, but they made it so much easier. They were all "in the know" about my sale and had all visited the property and met me, so I was able to put a face to the voice. A very personal service, professional and efficient, always cheery and courteous. A big, big thank you to Corinne who led my sale, also to Chris who was at the end of the phone on exchange and completion, and to Darryl and all the others who all played their part.

Amazing over a stressful time

We cannot speak too highly of the help, support and encouragement we received from James Carroll and his wife Ria at Jackson-Stops, Barnstaple. They fully understood the significance to us of the move we were making, and never made light of it. And they gave us assistance and advice with our purchase (which was not through Jackson-Stops) as well as our sale. The whole team were very professional in a helpful and friendly way, and we sold our house within two weeks. There was then a very lengthy period to exchange and completion, due to problems down the chain, and Corinne in particular went above and beyond in chasing all the agents / solicitors, and keeping the developer of our new home in the loop, so that they put up with the delays. Makes the challenges of letting much smoother

Moving to a new country is always a challenge. Paula B. and Jackson-Stops really helped make the process much smoother. I felt supported through the letting process. We purchased our first property through Jackson-Stops. From start to finish they were amazing.Throughout the whole process they kept in contact with us either through email or telephone call. Keeping us up to date with updates from the seller or the solicitor. Even when we were waiting for long periods of time for information, they would keep us informed that they are doing all they can to keep the process moving.Once we completed and we went to pick up the keys, we were greeted with friendly and chatty employees who were really happy for us. They even gave us a bottle of champagne which was a really thoughtful touch.
