We had a thoroughly good experience with J-S Dorking. After trying tow other agents, J-S provided a totally different, more tailored and innovative and enthusiastic approach to our sale . They clearly understood the nature of our house, which was not a straightforward sale, and sought out, successfully, a very different market from the pervious agents. The proof was that we sold our house. The entire team were good to deal with and very pleasant. We should like to single out Chris Fairclough for particular praise as he was a very steady hand on our sale. We always felt that Chris was "on our side" and not just looking for commission. This is a very genuine and honest account of our experience with Jackson - Stops estate agents in Dorking. We decided to market our house last summer, we called in several local estate agents who all gave us similar appraisals - we decided to go with JS in Dorking just on instinct really, they seemed very keen to find us the right buyer, I didn’t want to be bombarded with herds of people viewing my home which they understood and even in a very difficult market they managed to find us a buyer within a week of marketing our property. We have been dealing with a huge number of agents whilst looking for a new home and to be honest, the majority of them were not particularly helpful or appear to care that much at all. So when it came to working with James and Ria, it was an enormous relief. I could not recommend Jackson Stops in Barnstaple more highly. I must have made about 50 phone calls and sent over 100 e mails over a 6 month period - and every single time, nothing was a problem, every issue was resolved quickly, efficiently and with a lot of care and attention.
