GoogleI don't know why there are so many 5 star reviews, never get a call back, never get any response, or any updates, been awaiting repairs for months - Again with no updates. Can't level up to the Tenancy Ombudsman because I dont get acknowledgements from anyone, by far the worst Letting Agent I've run into so far.

GoogleSara came out and valued our house. She was so easy to speak to and explained everything clearly. She also made us feel at ease as we had been in our house for over 20 years and had no idea of what was involved. Staff have also been really helpful with potential viewings.

GoogleSales staff were fantastic! My house sale was complicated at times but the team really helped me through it, especially branch manager Sian and sales negotiator Jacqui. They're all so friendly and personable and they helped to make the process a lot less stressful. Would definitely recommend if thinking of selling.
