If I could put a 0 star I would

If I could put a 0 star I would! DO NOT rent from this company, I rented a house for 6 months, I changed the flooring from old grubby carpet to brand new herringbone flooring, I also changed the old grubby grey carpet to brand new cream carpet. When I entered the properly it was full of ants which is why I took the flooring up, I rented this properly for 6 moths, the day I gave my notice in I asked Jamie if he would like me to change the flooring back to how it organially was, he told me that it should be fine. 3 days before I vacated I had a email to say the landlord wanted it back to normal, on a Friday evening! This left me no time to rectify the situation, I vacated the properly and had emails from Ellie telling me that the property was in perfect shape! I then a few weeks later recieved a claim against me saying that I owed £1700 in damages! They have refused to admit that they told me it would be ok, and refused to admit any responsibility on their behalf! It is an unprofessional untrustworthy company, they do nothing to help tenants, and they just want your money! The communication between the staff is shocking! Do not trust them, do not rent from them! Unless you want to be stung and treated like an idiot.

Rented from this company, they were polite when taking deposits off me , however when I handed back the property, which was out of contract, they made me pay another months rent ?? (Notice) But I had already agreed with landlord ?Company were very slow in returning my deposits .. and ignored my e mails. I always paid my rent early and never had any issues. I certainly would not use a company with such ignorant staff again.Maybe just one office .. but never again

Unfair business practice - Llandudno

My last correspondence with this so called agency, as respond for the appeal: Thank you for investigating my appeal. I appreciate your efforts. However, I must clarify two points. First, the brochure was from Beresford Adams, received at their Llandudno office. Second, the facts in your investigation seem skewed in favor of the agency. This issue should be addressed by the relevant authorities. Additionally, your explanation contains logical inconsistencies. You state that the property was not shown by Beresford Adams, yet the seller instructed me to contact your agency regarding the sale. This raises questions about the transparency and integrity of the transaction. I believe this situation is a professional scam benefiting unscrupulous individuals within the agency. I will escalate this issue to the highest levels, including regulatory bodies and consumer protection agencies, to ensure this "white-collar" scam is thoroughly investigated and appropriate actions are taken. I am deeply disappointed and frustrated with the entire process. The time, effort, and trust I invested in expecting a professional service have been utterly wasted. The emotional and practical toll this ordeal has taken on me is significant and deeply regrettable. Consequently, I will leave the lowest possible ratings for the agency and highlight the lack of transparency in high-value transactions at every opportunity. I am committed to preventing such unethical practices in our region and hope no other customers will experience a similar situation. I will escalate my appeal against your decision and will not rest until this matter is resolved fairly and justly.

We had an appointment booked with Llandudno branch today and an hour before they call to say is there any point in attending. It had been on the market 2 years ago but I explained we’d had new floors and wardrobes. The manager said it would help her agents time if she didn’t have to attend. I was flabbergasted. She told me I was rude and shouting but I didn’t raise my voice at all. The woman was rude patronising and couldn’t be bothered coming out. Outrageous! I’m not received this company is poorly reviewed.

My brother and I have Autism and were buying a house from Beresford Adams and I have never been treated this poorly before the Estate Agent said could you give me your LAST AND FINAL OFFER because the home owner does not want to have a bidding war (please notice I have wrote this in capital letters) and I will ask the other buyer for their LAST AND FINAL OFFER so we offered our LAST AND FINAL OFFER which was higher than the other buyers the Estate Agent then called me to say congratulations you have the house then three hours later she called again to say that my offer has been topped by the other buyer when clearly there shouldn't of been anymore offers now we have lost the house we are now left feeling extremely stressed we really did not need this this has made us both unwellNegativeQuality, Professionalism

I purchased a property via this company what I hadn’t realised was that a person in the office was the owners best friend with a consequence, that it became a big problem to the extent I was phoned up regarding asbestos removal by the agent and asked to contribute this was done but on arrival after buying the asbestos had not been moved the sellars had not taken out the contents which left the property unaccessible for my removal team . The agents stated electric was certified and this did not happen on arrival the electric had no earth it’s been a nightmare and cost a lot to sort out, not helped by the agents concerned. Do not buy from this agency

My House had been on the market for a year and a half and today I exchanged...! The team in Mold have been absolutely fantastic and worth their fee...! My situation was complicated due to having tenants and the buyer also having a chain however we all crossed the line at the same time and that was mainly down to great communications great people being honest and managing everybody expectations. When it came to selling a house, I didnt know where to start. We decided to go with Beresford Adam's due to the house we wanted being on the market with them and I'm so glad that we did. Sara, Brogan and everyone else in the team have been fantastic at keeping us up to date and guiding us through the process. Brogan arranged 3 viewings the day after it went on rightmove and we had our first offer the following day which meant we could proceed with the purchase of our new house.
