Beresford Adams (Holyhead branch)

Beresford Adams (Holyhead branch) marketed and attempted to sell me an unmortgageable property; and then left me high & dry with countless survey and legal fees to pay. The property had no leases, and was only ever a cash only purchase, that failed to be declared by the agent over an 11 month period of my attempting to purchase. No help. No support in the end, simply "we can't help you anymore; I think you are stuck really". A year, and a ton of money, into the £1000s wasted ! Wholly Unprofessional ! Worst Estate Agent ever !

Bangor lettings team

We spoke to the Bangor lettings team about renting out our property to tenants. I was so impressed when they visited I signed up straight away, and they listed it very quickly. Before I knew it there were 4 viewings booked, and a choice of two great tenants. Inventory was great and they whole setup very straightforward. I really feel like these are the right agents for being fair to both landlords and tenants. Matthew, Lauren and Helen were absolutely fantastic, and always happy to help. Very friendly and professional service from start to finish, and it was a real pleasure dealing with them. As I expand my property portfolio over the coming years Beresford Adams will definitely be my agents of choice.

We received a fantastic service from Beresford Adams when buying our house. Aimee O'Neill (Beresford Adams Chester) was amazing. She was very knowledgeable, extremely efficient and it was very reassuring to have her there when we purchased our first home, as it was all very new to us! Rented from this company, they were polite when taking deposits off me , however when I handed back the property, which was out of contract, they made me pay another months rent ?? (Notice) But I had already agreed with landlord ?Company were very slow in returning my deposits .. and ignored my e mails. I always paid my rent early and never had any issues. I certainly would not use a company with such ignorant staff again.Maybe just one office .. but never again
