GoogleWe have had the property managed and let through Toomey's for the past 6 years. They vetted the tenants and each year, very successfully, managed the re-let and the corresponding tenancy agreement and lease. Now they have sold the property on our behalf with due care and attention as well as getting a very good, fair market price for us. All the time they kept us informed as to the process and took care as well with the tenants. Overall they are a full service, professional company who cover all the angles and give peace of mind to buyers and sellers alike.
