Toomeys successfully marketed and sold our property. Frank listened to our requirements, carried out all our viewings and an offer was made at the first open house. Despite the short chain involved the sale process was extraordinarily long. However, Kim chased the buyer, solicitors and estate agents on a regular basis, sometimes several times a day, to help to push things through, keeping us updated at each stage. Her perseverance and persistence finally resulted in our recent completion. Thanks to the Toomey team, particularly the efforts made by Kim to finally push the sale through.

Toomey is way better than all the other high street estate agencies they are nice and easy they care about their customers than themselves which makes them 5 star all the others see you as ££ but toomey makes you feel you are in safe and good place. Recently bought a house they showed the house couple of times in the process and follow the process communication was great. The team members had their own departments but they were very good at covering their colleagues on their absence. They are trustworthy. Use them if they have your dream house available. You won’t regret!

We recently completed the purchase of a new flat as part of a refurbishment of an existing Building. Unfortunately the completion date had been delayed for several months. Toomey Estate Agents acted as principal agents on the scheme, and despite the delays, they did their best to keep us informed all the way through the process and they were the liaison between us and the build team all the way through.
