GoogleAmazing!!! Cannot thank Kim enough for getting the sale over the line during corona lockdown. Nothing was too much for her and her professionalism and caring outlook made what was already a really stressful situation much easier. She has amazing links to the community and has contacts that can help with the legal side of things and the removals and storage. You do not get this sort of service from the nationals that’s for sure

GoogleToomey’s recently sold my parents house and from valuation through to completion they were excellent. We mainly dealt with Kim and Frank, both professional, knowledgeable and so down to earth. Any queries or questions were always answered promptly and never too much trouble which made the selling/buying process so easy and stress free. GoogleCalled the agency about one of their property I found online. It was a one bedroom flat that looked pretty spacious on the pictures. When I said the flat would be for two adults and a one year old baby I was told straight away they don't want no babies. The gentleman was a bit rude and even slightly raised his voice when he heard about the baby. I found it discriminating. If you got a baby don't even waste your time.

GoogleI moved out of one of their properties and received no information or contact regarding my deposit for weeks, even though I called in and emailed numerous times. After finally getting hold of them I find out they’ve decided to withhold the deposit until I move some rubbish from the front of the property, which is fair, but they decide to tell me that after however long. Feels like they’re trying to think of excuses to not pay me.

Hi Alex, It is disappointing and surprising to receive your poor review as we strive to provide the best service possible. Your first contact with us was on 1st October, we didn't receive notice from yourself informing us you were vacating as per your signed tenancy agreement. We were only informed of your intentions by the tenant that remains in the property (who has given us a 5 star review). Our colleague had tried to contact you several times by telephone to discuss the rubbish and cleanliness of the property to give you the opportunity to rectify the issues highlighted. You called on Friday 4th October to inform us your contact number had infact changed, our colleague that was dealing with this was not in the office and you were informed your number would be updated on the system and our colleague would deal with this on return to the office (Monday 7th October). Our records show that this was dealt with on Monday 7th October as promised and a £50.00 deduction would be made and an explanation provided to yourself to which you agreed. After the agreement was made, The DPS were informed and our records show that you are now in receipt of your remaining deposit. In response to your claim 'Feels like they're trying to think of excuses to not pay me', all deposits are held with the custodial scheme 'The Deposit Protection Service', there is no reason or benefit to Toomey Estate Agents to find reason to hold tenants' deposits' longer than necessary and will always act in the best interest of both landlord and tenants'. GoogleWe would highly recommend Toomey Estate Agents. They are very professional, helpful. They keep in touch with you all through your journey of selling buying etc. until completion. Frank was very professional and patient as he brought people for viewings and was encouraging. Kim walked the journey with good advice and recommendations and has proved a diplomatic negotiator for all parties.

GoogleAfter a shaky start with a different estate agents, we made contact with Toomey to not only sell but purchase a property. I cannot speak highly enough of the team. Frank and Kim have been absolutely fantastic. From the beginning to the end they have been superb. Communication has been brilliant and nothing has been too much trouble for them throughout the whole process. They have made a very stressful process so easy. All queries, questions etc were answered swiftly and they were always contactable whenever needed. The best estate agent I have ever used.
