I found my experience with Cinch a pleasure. The facilities are very clean, and the staff were excellent very helpful.There were a few problems on the day we put our possessions in the facility but they were sorted fairly quickly.Would recommend them to family and friends. Well done Leighton Buzzard branch.

We left it very short notice getting storage for a lounge refurb. Mark was so helpful showing us the different sized units available. We booked the same day and moved our furniture in 2 days later. Stuard was super helpful, called me and explained how it all works and very helpful when showing me around. Made me feel at ease especially when I never used self storage. The place is getting an investment from new managment and you can tell it is safe and well organised.

The staff at Cinch were really helpful and polite. There was an issue with the amount to be refunded in the Enterprise van rental arrangement but they dealt with this immediately and in a very professional way. I felt like a valued customer all the way through and the whole experience was a real pleasure.

The staff were INCREDIBLE (Abbas, Aaron and the friendly receptionist Harriet), very helpful and patient, especially with the people I hired to help me who only spoke Portuguese. My storage room was nice, there was enough space to store my 2-bedroom furniture and the price was very attractive, all advised by the staff. Close to the elevator, very clean and safe. Perfect, 10/10 will be recommended by me to everyone I know who needs it.

This is the first time I have had to use a storage facility and the Mitcham team were brilliant from start to finish. I filled in the form online, which was very accessible, and after sending it through I was immediately phoned up to check my requirements. All my questions were answered and the team couldn't have been more helpful and allowed me to book the exact size unit I needed. At the storage centre we were able to check the space and everything was explained to us and both members of the team were very professional. Also they remembered me from speaking on the phone which added a personal touch.

Due to personal circumstance, I recently found myself between homes. There was constant worry of what I’d do with all of mine and my families belongings. I spoke to Lauren and Becky on separate occasions, they were very friendly and professional and did everything they could to reassure me and support me through the process. I ended up needing a second unit, and this was all sorted same day. The process to get a unit was quick and smooth, and I’d recommend them to anyone looking for storage.
