Dreadful experience. Messed me around the whole time. Website wouldnt work wouldnt book viewing over phone insisted i had to create account just to view the property even though i was having problemsnwuth this. Then after struggling with this i managed to create account and booked viewing I turned up there and they didnt even have key code for safe to get key to goninside the property. So didnt evenbsee the place. Very unprofessional. I wont be wasting my time with this agency again

Very good company for sellers because most of them are traders and they support them.Beware of buying thru their auction , this is the place where you will be mislead , if you buy without doing due diligence, this auction company whatever you see being sold comes back again and again with lower price to catch new innocent buyers , like bait is used to catch the fish, same way innocent buyers are caught thru there network and pricing . Whatever lot you see and think of buying, please go back to previous auction catalogues and you find the the truth and the trick they use for innocents.

They say that moving home is second most stressful thing in life. That It was a very stressful time selling when faced with buyers who are inconsiderate, however David handled it exceptionally well taking full ownership of engagement between all parties right down to help arrange my removals within 24 hours!!! unfortunatelly I had rented an apartment with this company as administrator and I have no air conditioner the last 8 days. (this is a pretty new building and I am the first person to live in the appartment and have a lot of issues inside).No body reach out me, they a not able and don´t want to help you if you try to call in the customer service.I don´t recommned this company.I am living inside a oven the last 8 days and nobody cares.the lift is not working the last week too and nobody was able to contact the OTIS to fix it.

We went to look at properties to buy in fife and we have sold our house STC. We saw a house in Falkland fife for sale and immediately called the agent at savills from the number on the For Sale board. We explained that we were interested in viewing and had 3 more days in Scotland in which to do so. We didn't hear back and are now back home as this is now 4 days later. I feel like we lost an opportunity as did the sellers. They should be aware that we are interested in buying their home and we should have had an opportunity to establish if we wanted it.

Tenants decided to move as they had to relocate and the end of tenancy was well handled and in particular the reletting process was very efficient only taking 48 hours as a result of presenting the property to the right audience. The result was an increased rental and the new tenant moving in within 48 hours of the exiting tenants moving out. Well done to Holly Goodge and her team and in particular George Prior. Good job.
