It's a shameless company who doesn't…

It's a shameless company who doesn't care about you at all. Waiting 8 months to relocate difrent apartment. First seven months was told it's a plumbing issue and i need wait,before I can move. Told they can't fix, and after that i was offered difrent apartment, and they let someone else live in before us. And told it's temporary, to be patient and wait. Seriously, how long they will lie to us. There is no end.. Terrible company, never saw anyone else like them.

Adam Sayers in the Henley-on-Thames office

I would like to recommend Adam Sayers in the Henley-on-Thames office to anyone selling their home. It was a tricky process dealing with the sale of our family home following the breakdown of our marriage but Adam was a great source of support & guidance and was professional at all times and dealt with us both with equal respect. I feel very fortunate to have had such a smooth process once we finally got the house on the market. I couldn’t have hoped for a better outcome and all of that was down to Adam.

Condescending and rude attitude but good with response times and viewings

Viewings went well and very responsive. However I did not expect to be spoken to rudely and in a condescending manner from a particular member of their team. Marketing themselves as an agent providing great service but i found the service other than viewings and response time to be extremely poor. Senior member of staff was not helpful either and did not take a balanced stance after complaint submitted.

DO NOT USE "Greedy Sales Reps & Lairs"

Do not use. Unless you get everything on paper/email from them. And I mean everything as their representatives will try anything to get a sale with false promises and late lie about it ever been mentioned or offered. Have witnesses and log everything. Do not take the name as they are professionals many of representatives keen to get sales. That is their goal not the customer. My statement maybe very strong but I have proof and now have to undertake a complaints from wasting my time and energy whilst had to incur costs on sale that was a lie.

Super Team Work

I have been involved with the sale of my late brother's property in New Malden, Surrey. Due to the distance from where I live (East Yorkshire) I needed to choose a company for the sale who could be relied on.Dan Miller and his team were amazing, stepping far above their expected requirements in selling the property. Sale of flat

I recently exchanged on the sale of my flat with the assistance of savills mayfair with the help of Claire Reynolds who is head of that office and Kitty Halley also from that office. Kitty was my point person and Claire was always there to assist me as well should I need some re assurance. Having this "team" with me was very calming and efficient - and I can say that the team were faultless and I have been working in the property world for many years as an advisor to clients so that is saying something. As my day to day contact I found Kitty to be :Efficient Compassionate Always available and if not able to answer would always call me back Honest and she had the ability to tell me as things were rather than say what I may have wanted to hear Extremely hard working In short I'm not sure I could ask for more from the whole agency experience - Kitty was a tremendous person to have on my side and I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone. Well worth considering

Anthony, Kelly and Felix were all a pleasure to deal with. I'm a landlord with over 10 years experience and all those mentioned were professional, responsive and helpful in my dealings with them. In particular, Anthony conducted seven viewings on a single packed day and I received an email from him the next morning with four offers over asking, presented in a digestible format with his thoughts on each - the first time anyone has taken the trouble to do this. Also, he doesn't call you "mate" and chew gum, which is a bonus!
