Truly the worst experience of my adult…

Truly the worst experience of my adult life. Blatantly (& unlawfully) lied & used coercive unfair business practices to get a property agreed, then lied at every turn thereafter, completely mismanaged and abdicated their responsibilities, didn’t keep agreements or their word, cost me thousands and thousands of pounds and months of unspeakable acute stress for a property that was uninhabitable, and took no responsibility for anything. Was forced to have to rent elsewhere and pay for two properties as a result of their fraud, deceit and bullying. Even my seasoned solicitor is appalled by their outrageous behaviour and conduct. Avoid at all costs. If possible to give no stars I would.

The property had been vacant for a few years after a major renovation and left some open permits so when the offer was accepted, I had a nightmare trying to put all docs together. Marius had stretched way beyond his role and helped significantly. It was a lengthy process with unlimited documents to provide and Marius didn't quit. He helped me through this entire process. Simply the best

If you are looking for a direct, professional and legitimate company to help you find the perfect property, Saville's is truly the only way to go. Specifically, Mark Fell goes above and beyond. The amount of time and energy I wasted trying to work with other letting agencies still haunts me to this day. I should have just called Mark sooner, but at least I ultimately did. He found a dream property for me within a week and was smart, professional and quick to get paperwork figured quickly and with little headache. He was courteous and kind, and I felt I could trust him with my inquiries and with the weight of ultimately finding a home to live in. I am living in the Stockholm, kista. I am paying 10034 kronor for apartment. This building is a new but lift is not working about 3 days , called to them . Kone lift told me that de take 3 weeks for repairs lift. I am living in the 5 th floor. It is difficult to go up and down. The stair is very small , as sneakers. I called to savillis , he said to me. We can’t help to you because this product for lift is not coming about 3 weeks. Don’t call again here. They just want to rent apartment but nothing is working here. This company isn’t good enough for me.

I have been putting this off because I have always hated to complain as I have been worried about repercussions, and used to be an optimistic and reasonable person. However, given recent events I just want to highlight that people should be very cautious when thinking about using this company. The horrendous racial abuse written by one of their employees epitomizes the whole bullying culture. It won't let me give zero stars or I would. We have gone through absolute hell dealing with this company for two years. In that time we have been lied to, fobbed off, bullied, threatened, and generally treated like utter morons. Due to their continued lack of communication and intimidation they have destroyed our business, our mental health, and almost destroyed our relationship as a consequence. I am well aware that the individuals we have dealt with don't give a stuff about our lives and have come to believe that they would probably be quite relieved if we both dropped dead from stress or committed suicide. Problem solved. Please don't bother with the generic ' we take complaints seriously' rubbish because you really don't, therefore it's rather pointless contacting you. I could say a lot more but due to my mental state I just cannot be bothered.

I cannot say how pleased i am with the service from Suzanne James , during covid it was a very tough time to sell our house , but she was so supportive and understanding . The quality of our leads were excellent , this was down to Suzanne being very careful who she would let view our house , she does not allow anyone to waste a sellers time as she completely understands the effort that goes into getting the house ready for viewings. Moving home is very stressful and i hope to not go through it again , if we did move again we would only deal with Savilles , an amazing estate agency with first class service . If you like honest , straight talking and experience service speak to Suzanne James .

Awful experience with this Company

Awful experience with this Company. I contacted them through the chat, very friendly, told me someone will be in contact, of course they never did. Contacted them again and was told the same thing but this time Jan Losch contacted me, went through details and made an appointment. This person never turned up. I contacted again and he said he was busy and apologised. He arranged another appointment and to my surprise actually showed up to review my commercial properties. Then nothing. I had to chase them up yet again and they said... We are not interested. Useless time wasting organisation. AVOID.I do not see any point in wasting any more of time.

I would avoid if thinking of letting…

I would avoid if thinking of letting through them, they only care about the landlord, tell lies and totally screw you over. After a 39 page inventory of an unfurnished bungalow by a very rude inventory Clark and leaving it better/cleaner than when we moved in they still thought it was acceptable to deduct £100 for x2 missing sink plugs ( £2 each from Screwfix and not re hanging some cheap curtains back up. It’s about time people stopped treating good tenants like second class citizens just because we choose to rent !!!!!

Awful. The team at Victoria Park found me a tenant who used the flat as a brothel. After 5 weeks the flat was raided by police and my front door was broken down. Sandy had promised me that he’d rent out the flat again for free but then went back on his word and said I would have to pay the full fee again. I’ve never experienced so much stress. Am now using OpenRent and found some lovely tenants who I was able to vet myself.

If I could give 10 stars I would have !! Great service, viewed property with Terry this morning and wasn't too keen on the location. Terry said I have another one just coming on the market but he had not listed it on the right move web site but he had the keys with him. Followed Terry to the property and loved it. Parking , Garage , Garden & three good bedrooms, Everything on my wish list. Paid the deposit on the spot and had the reference links sent to me within the hour. What a welcome relief an agent that knew what I wanted and went out there way to show me something not even marketed. Highly recommended
