GoogleVery slow responses, advertised a property as refurbished and available now while refurbishment is still in progress, agents' communication is very unprofessional. GoogleI left 3 messages to arrange a viewing for a house to rent, nobody returned my calls until a week later l. We arranged a viewing but nobody appeared. When I called the office I was informed that the house had been let at the weekend. Very poor communication. Very poor service.

GoogleLet me book a viewing for a home that turns out had just gone into contract. Didn’t contact me to cancel and I turned up at the property at the time of the viewing - with obviously no one there.

GoogleNot an honest experience! We saw a property to purchase with Taylors before it was on the market; thought that was brilliant! However they have been dilly dallying over a second viewing and finally we got to know the sellers were not interested! When I confronted them they just did not have time for us. Horrid experience!!

GoogleAVOID AVOID AVOID!!! Do NOT do business with these people, they are incompetent and untrustworthy! They fail to carry out correct checks and their customer service is horrific. All they care about is getting the sale, how they get the sale is careless after that they don’t want to know! Terrible!

GoogleIf I could give it zero star, I will. They let a house and never thought to call me to cancel my viewing for the same house. I traveled for 2hrs to get there only to be told "we're sorry". I am very disappointed.

GoogleTaylors Lettings have been really helpful and understanding from the first time I walked into their office. They really helped me out with several issues I was facing at the beginning of the lease such as being flexible on the period in which I fully covered my deposit. Taylors Lettings have been there for us all along for any matters that came up regarding the property. They are professionals, friendly, nice, polite, prompt and easy going. It has always been a pleasure walking into the office, even just to say hello. It was no coincident that the property's landlord is an exceptional gentleman who has fullfilled all our modification requests in the proeperty and has never bothered us with anything. This has been a very pleasant, smooth and hassle free collaboration and experience. We just wish our next agent is just as good! Thanks very much indeed for everything!
