GoogleOverly concerned with selling their mortgage brocker service, which was deeply unhelpful because my situation was a typical. The agent was more interested in selling new builds even though I had specific properties that I was interested in. In the end I purchased through an alternative agent.

GoogleNot a trust agency, just arrange with one of them to visit a property. I left my house 30min early I had to take my infant with me struggle him for nothing. The agent didn't turn up, he also didn't unswer to his phone. 0 Stars for this kind of people.

GoogleVery slow responses, advertised a property as refurbished and available now while refurbishment is still in progress, agents' communication is very unprofessional. GoogleI have used Taylors who are part of Countrywide for all my house sales over many years. Time and time again they have proven themselves honest and professional. They get the job done without wasting my time and they succeeded in getting the highest purchase price every time. Can not fault them. Fully recommend.

GoogleLet me book a viewing for a home that turns out had just gone into contract. Didn’t contact me to cancel and I turned up at the property at the time of the viewing - with obviously no one there.

GoogleNot an honest experience! We saw a property to purchase with Taylors before it was on the market; thought that was brilliant! However they have been dilly dallying over a second viewing and finally we got to know the sellers were not interested! When I confronted them they just did not have time for us. Horrid experience!!

GoogleI left 3 messages to arrange a viewing for a house to rent, nobody returned my calls until a week later l. We arranged a viewing but nobody appeared. When I called the office I was informed that the house had been let at the weekend. Very poor communication. Very poor service.

GoogleAVOID AVOID AVOID!!! Do NOT do business with these people, they are incompetent and untrustworthy! They fail to carry out correct checks and their customer service is horrific. All they care about is getting the sale, how they get the sale is careless after that they don’t want to know! Terrible!
