Direct reviewsInspection - Nicola White. Nicola creates an excellent rapport, building confidence and Trust in her. The house was inspected without fuss and any issue (minor ones) spotted and either commented on or reported. All H&S checks completed to make sure we are safe. Help offered in case we needed it.

Direct reviewsThank you, Graham, so much for being accommodating and so lovely to chat with over the phone! Agencies at the moment seem so flat out that nobody is willing to offer extra help, so I just want to acknowledge when I see that :))

I’ve been with this agency for more than 2 years , never had problems , the only 3 stars it’s because I wait to long for my deposit to be returned and that was very frustrating.

GoogleI have been using Northwood to manage my property for 10 years or so. Great service and they handle everything for me only checking if there are any costs involved. The contractors they use are all a good price and without issue. This is important to me because its an old house and I am abroad so I cant get involved in any issues.

Direct reviewsRented one of my properties through Northwood for 10yrs and never had any problems, rent was always paid on time and any property issues were dealt with promptly. Ended up then selling the property to the tenant which Northwood also helped facilitate. Will definitely use them again for future property arrangements.

GoogleWe have let our property through Northwood for many year's and found Vasty to be very helpful and speedy when resolving a leak in the boiler. Keeping myself the landlord upto date at all times as well as the tenant. An excellent communicator who I can see to be an asset to Northwood.

Direct reviewsA general 5 star. Great agents, very understanding and pleasure speaking to. Nicola white who comes out to do the inspections (from the milton keynes branch) is lovely and makes inspections less scary.

GoogleI have been using Northwood for around 15 years and they always find me good tenants, are swift in marketing the property and sorting everything out prior to the new tenant moving in, thereby keeping the void period to the minimum. Catherine Wade has always been helpful and professional in all our communications.
