Megan was really superb in helping me find a flat in Westminster that suited me perfectly. Would absolutely recommend her as a professional agent. I was working with several agents from various agencies and Megan really stood out. Very professional and organized. She only showed me flats that represented exactly what i was looking for to make best use of my time. Very knowledgeable about the flat that I ultimately pursued. Our transaction was far from straightforward, with many obstacles along the way, none of which were the fault of the estate agent. Kendall handled the entire process absolutely perfectly. She was always on top of everything, proactive at every stage, and consistently professional. Kendall worked incredibly hard throughout what could have been a very stressful experience, and her dedication really stood out. Amazing estate agents, I can’t recommend these guys enough! It was a bit of a stressful situation with 3 of us in the chain, I had very little communication from my solicitor but thankfully I had No.86 who were always one step ahead, chasing up everything and giving me regular (and sometimes daily) updates. Meg was particularly amazing, she really made me feel less stressed about everything and she’d give me updates without me even asking. If you’re selling your house in Swansea you have to use No.86!
