GoogleThis has been our first time ever using an auction process to sell a piece of land. Pattinson have been excellent and totally professional throughout the whole journey. In fact without their interventions with “our legal team” the whole thing would have been a complete nightmare. Special shout out for Molly and her boss who were absolute gems. Our legal team, on the other hand, were at the bottom end of the quality spectrum and I wouldn’t even give them one star. Well done team Pattinson.

GoogleWinfields have done an excellent job in undertaking and compiling my RICS survey report for Help to Buy, they found the report well laid out and easy to read, I believe this is a factor they take into consideration when reviewing it. Unfortunately my report expired 1 day short (my own fault) but after a quick call to Winfields, they were able to extend it for a small fee. I highly recommend anyone looking for a RICS surveyor to reach out to Winfields. 5*
