Dear Sezer, Thank you for taking the time to speak with me today to address your concerns. As discussed, we have reviewed our call records. What we found is that on multiple occassions, my colleague returned calls to your partners number instead of your own. Whilst this was an honest mistake there are lessons that can be learnt and we have adjusted the ways in which we work internally. Thank you for bringing this to our attention and we wish you all the best in your new home. Kind regards, Alex

Hello. You're not a customer of The SMS Works, so this is a fake review. Please feel free to drop us email if you disagree. It's curious that Google don't seem to have a way of helping us remove this. They haven't broken any guidelines apparently. support@thesmsworks.co.uk support@thesmsworks.co.uk
