**Rating: ★☆☆☆☆** I had a very disappointing experience with this estate agency. I contacted them over two weeks regarding multiple rental properties and attempted to arrange viewings. Unfortunately, despite my efforts, the staff were consistently unresponsive. They failed to reply to my emails and phone calls, making it extremely difficult to move forward with my search. It’s frustrating to deal with such a lack of communication, especially when you're relying on their services. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise avoiding this agency if you're looking for timely and reliable assistance in renting a property.

It is always a pleasure working with Lenwell. Highly professional and proactive team. Kelsey has recently helped us close multiple agreements with great ease. She is a star. Matt is great to work with and the prompt approach helps close deals instantly. Also any management issues are taken care of within well defined deadlines and you are constantly updated on the case. This review is for the LEADERS letting side, have been transferred to the switchboard 4 times, they never return phone calls, no reply to the email enquiries, feel sorry for a landlord trying to rent a property through these guys as they clearly don't respond even used a friend to request no response to them either. Clearly you don't with your generic response, how about actually getting back to customers who are looking for a property instead of wasting their time.

Appalling letting agents. So many issues, but the top ones being. 1) response times are often non existent and only communicate when repeatedly chased 2) we were hit with an additional monthly charge on the day we were due to move in, which we weren’t notified of and at that point we had no choice but to absorb 3) very poor inventory check of our property, loads of issues missed and still not addressed 4) did no check of the keys on handover and had only one front door key for a 4 bed house and told us we have to cut own own. Shocking on all levels, would never recommend.
