"I had a great experience with Leaders. I would like to especially thank Chloe and Zain for being so patient and responsive throughout the process." This is what I initially wrote but the property has not been made ready for my move and as prompt they were before the moving in with collecting deposits and making me write a review, the quicker they were to step away when I asked them why I wasn't informed of the property not being ready. I was told the property maintenance department should help me from now on and offered a mere apology. When I asked for a later start date initially, that request was refused saying the owner wanted someone who can move in April. I am so mad and upset after our conversation today. Total lack of accountability. The property manager has taken note of my issues but she can't promise things to be taken care of at the earliest considering the long weekend.

I can't explain how helpful Chloe has been with us ever since we queried about a rented property. She replied to my partner 10 minutes to find out information about the property, was there early for the viewing and was even chasing us to let us know that she was there, answered all our questions from the beginning until now even about the no deposit scheme which was perfect for us two. She did everything in our power to support us no matter what and made it all look so easy. We are looking forward to moving into our property in the next few stars. Thank you to Chloe at Leaders! This is by far the most unprofessional agency I’ve dealt with. I left the flat in very good condition,clean and with everything in working order. Yet I received a message saying £250 will be deducted for professional cleaning. Had I known this would happen, I wouldn’t have gone to the effort of cleaning, just for them to come up with a reason to take my money. Over the phone, I was told everything was fine, but the email said otherwise. I would upload photos to show exactly how I left the flat, just to give others a clear picture of how things are handled by this agency. Very disappointing experience, especially with the manager, Joanna Betts.

My experience with this company has been extremely disappointing. They were irresponsible, frequently provided misleading information, and showed little respect for their customers’ needs. I sincerely feel scammed by leaders. I moved in since July into an apartment and they cannot fix a door bell. It has cost my family but don't seem to care. After multiple calls they keep making false claims of willing to repair it but nothing has been done after 4 months. I really wish there were ways to report such service.

The team could not have been more helpful and timely, the deposit deferral service offers really amazing add-on benefits and the team did a great job of explaining all of my options. Polite, professional service highly focused on getting you the price you want for your house sale. Leaders discussed the potential I would get for my property and they achieved the sale price I was looking for. Lots of viewings for my house and a buyer was found within a week of going on the market. Also during the rest of the sales process Leaders supported me all the way to completion of sale.

Worst experience ever. They booked me for viewing 3/4 times and all the time they cancelled it on the day. One time I reached outside property for viewing and they didn’t inform me that its been cancelled until I called them. Very unprofessional, unreliable and always in hurry to cut the phone. I would never recommend this agency in milton keynes.

DO NOT USE they use to manage my house rubbish company it was proven that my tenants were sub letting my property and that it was proven that they had broken there agreement leaders refused to help said there was nothing they could do I had to wait till they tenancy agreement had finished the tenants left my house in very bad way DO NOT USE
