I've been dealing with Lauren and I only have good think to say about the way she's been handling our enquiries. She is extremely responsive (which is essential if you want to secure a property in today's market) and also listened to all our request. I didn't feel like she was just trying to sell us the property, she actually seemed to care if it's the right one for us or not, and she seems extremely genuine. On top of that, she is a very nice person, approachable and friendly. We didn't let the property on that occasion and we are still looking for one, but the experience with Leaders so far has been excellent.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

Kept pushing "No Deposit" option like religiously. The girl who showed us the apartment advised us that the landlord would "favour tenants who went with this option". It came up in emails as well so I guess if you have no deposit and don't mind losing extra money every month go for it. No deposit payments go straight to the agents, not the landlord. You'll still be liable for any damage plus without the protection of a standard deposit. Leaders were late giving us a decision, likely keeping us as backup, thankfully before then we'd chosen another place. Honestly they're a bit like used car salesmen. We didn't find them professional compared to most other agents we spoke to. +1 for response speed but we both disliked their service.
