We didn't use the MK branch but Liam took over whilst our estate agent was on annual leave. Liam was incredibly helpful. I recieved a call from him the morning after our estate agent went on leave. He had already called our solicitors to get an update and wanted to see where we were at. He helped us to get the report from the solicitors which was taking longer than expected. Thank you 😊

Boyd leave me alone, my mum passed away just over 5 years ago, the family home was sold nearly 5 years ago, against my will! So it is very bitter when you mention St Margarets close! I have blocked every number you call me from, yet you leave me a voicemail almost weekly, and I have never called you back, I have been in my house 15 years and no plans to move! Generally Haart is good in cooperation when you are looking for a new place and they set it up. After that, I have seen from previous experiences that they can taaaaake their time to even answer your questions. If there is nothing in for them, good luck finding them. That said, special thanks to Chris Richards, who was impecable during our quest for a new place. He really showed interest and answered immediately everything.

Deana was excellent from start to finish in my recent purchase of a property. She was always on hand by email or phone to answer any questions I had about the process and assisted beyond my expectations given the restrictions put in place due to Covid-19. On the day I completed she was fully flexible regarding time and location in picking up the new keys which was much appreciated! Thanks Haart, and especially Deana for helping me find my perfect forever home! Edit: P.S. Also a big thanks to Liam who also assisted towards the end of the process for chasing up the solicitors on both sides to ensure no delays were encountered in exchanging and completing!

AS A LANDLORD, DO NOT USE HAART. I repeat, do not use Haart. Trust me you will regeret it. They are not professional at all and only cares about making money from you. They lied to me about the tenant they were getting for me who breached the agreement in using my house as rent to rent. They knew the tenant was using it as rent to rent but withheld the information. At the end of the tenancy, they were so unresponsive and did not reply to several calls and mails. I just can't count the calls and mails I made between Dec 23 and Feb 8th before I had to mail the area manager. Even he sent a ridiculous mail claiming tenant does not want to release the despoit to pay off rent he was owing. Thank God I was able to call the tenant directly who said he never said so and complained about their behaviour as well. If I continue writing, I will fill 2 pages or even write a book about them. This is a corporate letting agency, RUN if you can and NEVER use. They did not even honour the agreement signed which states that deposit must be transferred to landlord if tenant is owing until I called the tenant. It's unbelievable!!. Their contract with tenant is worth nothing! ZERO!! Ryan, Thomas and Sabrina at MK Haart are not professional to say the least, AVOID like a plague. This is my first google review in over 2 years and just my 2nd and it says a LOT

After a year on the market the fantastic team at Haart found a suitable buyer for our mums bungalow with the sale completing December 2020. Thank you to Deana for her professionalism and positivity arranging many viewings never doubting that we would get a sale. Then to Nick Seiquien whose experience recognised a prospective buyers requirements were best met in our property, taking the buyer for a viewing resulting in an offer and sale.Nicks professionalism ,support and advice continued while the sale was going through. The sale took longer to go through than normal but Nick was always at the end of the phone or email to help resolve any issues we had. Can't thank Nick and the team enough for the support securing the sale. We we would definitely recommend Haart to anyone buying/selling a property. From the whole family thank you so much. '

We were really well looked after by the Haart staff. Deana Sultan was totally professional whilst putting our prospective buyers and ourselves at ease. I would totally recommend Deana showing your buyers round your house, she treats it and you with great respect. She stayed with us through the whole thing dealing with us and our buyers questions without faltering, she never made you feel like there was ever a problem. Nick, who valued our house was also on the other end of the phone if Deana had a day off. Choose Haart, we have again as we are now selling another house!

Nick Siequien in particular was amazing, I felt like he was completely on top of everything and he kept me updated throughout the whole process.
