My property was on the market with another well known estate agent for over 9 months, with no sale. I contacted Haart estate agents and Nick Siequien visited my property to give me an estimate. Nick assured me that he could sell my property with 8 weeks and sure enough, Nick and his team sold my property within just over 1 week. I am very pleased with the service I received. Chris Richards was very helpful and responsive. He deserves 5 stars However, The haart 24 hour maintenance was not responsive when needed in the evening, so it took a couple days to get the problem sorted. Once Chris took over, the issue was addressed. Sabrina was very kind and helpful throughout our time as renters. Although Haart wrongly tried to take our full damage deposit despite the damages being much less than that, she was very communicative and responsive when discussing a settled amount. 3 Stars for Haart as a company, but 5 stars for Sabrina.PositiveProfessionalism

Haart estate agents have been amazing dealing with a particularly difficult seller who dragged their heels all the way to the finish line. Graham Nash was the star of the show by getting me across the line when the sellers were being particularly troublesome right before exchange. Georgina Addis was also amazing throughout the whole process by quickly getting me viewings and doing other various background work that often gets overlooked. I recently sold my house through Haart and the service received was first class. From the first visit by Nick Siequien who was excellent in explaining the process and the current market position - and got the very price for me. It was a tricky sale and took a while but Graham Nash was terrific in keeping me informed and getting it to completion. Finally Georgina was at the end of the phone for me in those final frantic few days. Great teamwork and I would thoroughly recommend them

I was looking for my first house and Georgina Addis assisted me on this journey. There is only one thing to say about the all experience that she was brilliant!
