We were very impressed with Harrt's super professional services and tremendous help throughout the process of managing old and finding a suitable new tenant for our property. Thomas was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish.The process was very smooth and easy. Thomas kept me informed for every stage of the development. I was very happy to find my new tenant eventually who had passed all necessary checks and paid the whole year rent in advance. My experience with haart was excellent. I was able to move out of my property and into the new one very quickly and smoothly. Once the landlord accepted my offer, I liaised with Ryan Hurl. It was a big move for me so I needed more time to consider my options. Someone else put in an offer and the landlord accepted it, to which I was gutted. Fortunately for me, things didn’t work out with the offer that was made. Ryan Hurl informed me and reminded me to secure the property. I’m so glad I did!! I found Ryan Hurl to be polite, very patient and understanding. He answered all my questions promptly and made my overall experience smooth. I would really recommend him to anyone else. Thank you Ryan.

I am very disappointed with Haart. I rented the property myself and always paid everything on time. However, instead of contacting me first, they sent a letter directly to my guarantor, who is a friend of mine. I only found out when my friend called me saying he had received a letter asking for £705 for only 5 days, whereas I only had to pay £180. This was very upsetting, especially as this amount seems unfair and was requested without any prior agreement or explanation. It has also damaged my credibility in front of my guarantor. I do not understand why they didn’t contact me directly before involving the guarantor. We are really unhappy that our guarantor was put in this situation unnecessarily. This could have been easily resolved with proper communication.

Thomas George was the estate agent who helped me, after 3 agonising months of searching for a place I finally bumped into Thomas who gave me the attention I needed to secure that perfect home. I'd strongly recommend using Haart, and asking for Thomas as he will do everything he can for you. I had a very specific set of circumstances that weren't easy to find a home for, but he accommodated perfectly and got me a home I could never have possibly imagined. HAART MK achieved a very good rental within 2-3 days of advertising and from first viewing itself. Thomas was very polite and explained the process well. He answered all our questions and calmed our anxiety. Photos taken were of high standard and showed property value well. We were waiting for exchange of contract for new house which was getting delayed. Tom and his team stayed in touch with us and prospective tenants. They kept both teams in loop. My view about Haart as a company had changed because when I moved into my house the previous manager was not taking anything seriously, I got a new manager and I just say things started changing. Riaz has been amazing i needed a new boiler fitted and new stove plates, he made sure to keep me updated with what the landlord was saying n always called the contractors to make sure they are doing their jobs and coming to appointments, If I could rate him 1000 starts I could Riaz has been AMAZING!!!
