Only giving this 5 star review to Wiktoria Szymanska who has been extremely helpful and communicative in addressing issues with our rental. The rest of the team could use some work and should take some lessons from her. It often takes a long time to get a response, if you get one at all. General maintenance numbers aren't answered and emails are not often replied to, but Wiktoria has been great. She should get a raise!

Finding the right home can be a long and stressful process, but my experience with Harry at Haart was exceptional. From the very beginning, he was incredibly patient and supportive throughout my entire journey. Harry was consistently available to answer any questions I had, no matter how big or small. He was extremely knowledgeable about the market and provided valuable insights that helped me make informed decisions. He proactively contacted relevant people and ensured things were sorted quickly and efficiently. Haart itself deserves a mention for having a fantastic team structure. Currently looking into a property with them. Chloay has been amazing throughout the process . Very helpful and responsive. Fingers crossed it goes well. Edit: they initially said that our landlord reference failed because we didn’t pay rent on time for current landlord but when we gave them proof they said that it failed because landlord gave a bad reference which was surprising for us. And decided they won’t go ahead with application. We tried to speak with them but they said landlord is reluctant and doesn’t want to go ahead. We accepted that they don’t want to go ahead but they have refused to return our holding deposit of nearly 400£ saying that because we failed landlord reference they have the right to retain it which doesn’t reflect application or tenants fees act. This is SCAM and modern THEFT. They are fast to take the holding deposit but they don’t refund it. Of course, we will speak to management and citizen advice if required. But beware!! We don’t want anyone else to go through this stress. They have many such reviews on trust pilot. We should have been more careful.

I was looking for a tennant for 6 weeks with my previous letting agency and I was getting fed up of their slow progress. I got back in touch with Thomas from Haart who i had shown my flat to when i first purchased it a fee years ago and he found a tennant within 24 hours! Unfortunately the had to decline that tennant and i thought it might take a while to get the right person now it was coming near to the Christmas period. Thomas found another person less than 24 hours later and everything has worked out perfectly. Thomas has been amazing answering all my questions, the process of getting a tennant had been very easy and straightforward thanks to Thomas and the team. I now no longer dread having to find Tennants as i feel Thomas and team can do this effortlessly for me :-)

Harry highlighted lots of elements of the house we viewed that we wouldn't have thought of as first time buyers (like possible extension options & similar changes to neighbouring properties). He was really familiar with the culture of the area too, which was great as we are not local. For example, he pointed out open fields nearby for dog walking, and the town cricket club. Harry was so friendly & knowledgeable that if our offer on a different property ends up falling through, we would reach out to him as our first stop on another house hunt (unrelated, but his suit game is also excellent.. 10/10)
