Amazing service. Janine Cook was fantastic the whole way through. She went above and beyond with a difficult buyer to ensure the sale was completed in the most time efficient manner. I cannot recommend them enough. It's definitely worth the money over a cheaper internet based estate agent like purple bricks, to get the right viewings in, the right service and someone on hand to put what is one of the most stressful things in life to run smoother. Thabks Haart. If you are are considering using them, then definitely do it. Worth every penny.

From my very first telecom with Kelita I had formed an opinion. This agent is thorough and completely professional. Kelita understands the property market but more so she understands what buyers require. Instantly I was put at ease and a viewing was arranged quickly but to my convenience. Prior to the viewing Kelita requested all appropriate documentations and asked relevant questions so I was completely informed before we met. Kelita arrived early at the viewing. I was impressed with her personal appearance and warm welcoming smile. She introduced herself and presented me with documents for the property. She began by giving me a history of the location, neighbouring properties and showed me around the outside of the property. We then moved inside the property where each room was shown, key features pointed and everything explained fully. I fell in love with the property and instantly it felt like home. Kelita allowed me to ask questions but to be honest I did not have many as she had already covered most. After the viewing, I made an offer which I am pleased to say was accepted. Everything then happened quickly and everyone in the chain were kept informed by Kelita. I did not have to do any of that. Kelita has so far made buying a property a less stressful process. I have had several past experiences with other agents who made me feel rushed, inappropriately informed and made the experience less than pleasant. I have had to chase these agents for information but I no instance did I have to chase Kelita. Kelita delivers on her promise and always follow up thereby exceeding my expectations. Kelita is thorough, prompt, trustworthy, intelligent, efficient and an asset to this company. I would undoubtedly recommend her to any one buying a property.

I've never dealt with Haart estate agents before. Knowing they are one of the corporates, I was expecting the usual rushed and bad service I get from the other big national agencies. I was very pleased to find I was wrong. I only interacted with Kelita and I recieved AAA service. She was actually the person who picked up the phone everytime I called the main office line so shes clearly on the ball. If Kelita is an example of how this office is, and the larger company itself, then I can say Haart estate agents provide great customer service and I would be happy to do business with them in the future.

Firstly I am glad a professional at a caliber such as Graham Nash & Deana was dealing with my purchase. Without them, I can truly say this purchase would not have happened. He took matters into his own hands from the very beginning and continued to support me throughout the whole process. He was not only the best in his field but he supported my doings as well. I put an awful lot of pressure on him during this purchase but not once has he let me down. His communication skills was exceptional, he would call me daily to update me and even when there was no update to provide, he would still make the call to reassure. An exceptional service from Graham and Deana. I would definitely recommend them for any real estate queries.
