GoogleChris Richards is a great addition to the team. Been having some issues with other agents (no responses to emails or updates) but now dealing with Chris has been a dream! He's fast to respond, professional and always happy to deal with any enquiries. Highly recommend Chris and thankful that he's helping to manage things. Shame other agents can't be as useful or diligent as he is.

GoogleContacted haart about an issue with our oven. Chris was quick to contact me to arrange a replacement with the landlord. A new oven was ordered by the end of the day and installed a few days later. Great service and Chris followed up by phoning to check everything was fine after installation. GoogleOver a year ago my opinion of Haart’s property management service was rock bottom. I was paying for a service simply didn’t receive, however the most recent issue with my property was dealt with by Wiktoria Szymanska and I was really impressed. She proactively dealt with some contractors getting them back to replace a faulty shower they installed as well as arranging a gas safety check and EPC and she responds quickly to all emails. If all the staff at Haart as good as Wiktoria I will be very happy.

GoogleHaart have been manging a property for me for a few years now, my tenant encounted an issue with the property and Chris Richards was the point of contact. Chris was very thorough and diligent, he kept me updated and liaised with tradesmen and the tenant to promptly resolve the matter. Chris certainly went above and beyond and is a huge credit to Haart.

Nick made the whole process of putting the property on the market right through to completion very easy and stress free. I always found Nick to be friendly, approachable and very helpful. Nick and his team were able to secure the sales at the full asking price very quickly and I will certainly be using them again.

GoogleDue to our previous experience with other estate agencies which haven't been so good, we didn't have high expectations when starting our journey with Haart. We've been dealing with Harry and Ethan during our process and they have both been absolutely amazing. Their professionalism and helpful nature have made this process so much easier and less stressful and I can't recommend them enough. If you're looking to purchase a property, I would definitely advise you to try and find something from them because they will aim to help you throughout the whole thing as much as they can.
