GoogleWe went to Haart just to see what a mortgage was really about as we are first time buyers. Heidi was really helpful in setting up a meeting with their mortgage advisor Katy. They are all so lovely. Even though we were not 100% ready at the time they didn't pressure us into anything and still keep in contact now to see how we are getting on! Would recommend Haart to anyone.

GoogleLandlords (and I guess tenants) BEWARE ! Haart lettings will take your money and completely ignore you when you raise issues and major problems. How do you know, they let out my house for 12 years and in the last few years have been an absolute nightmare, so I can speak from personal experience! I am owed rent arrears, obvious damage to my house which the tenants are responsible for, and now Haart are just sticking their heads in the sand and ignoring me. Probably hoping that I will go away, but I am not and I won’t just go away until I get answers from Haart. Oh, and don’t bother contacting their complaints department, they ignore you too! So Haart, if you want to put this right feel free to contact me.

Special thanks to Kelita Bailey, we had viewings almost every day, thanks for a brilliant service. GoogleJack came and done our annual inspection today. He was very friendly, chatty and polite. As soon as he walked in he introduced himself and asked if there were any issues with maintenance etc. luckily there wasn’t but we would feel comfortable getting in touch if We needed to. Thanks Jack!
