GoogleAfter two years of renting with Haart, I honestly think it’s a shambles they are still operating. The service has been absolute appalling - when we’ve asked for help or support with a maintenance issue, we’ve been ignored, despite several emails and calls to the agency and using the online portal they set you up on. Speaking to our lovely landlady, she’s being fined for missing door safety inspections, despite her asking Haart to organise this asap (she lives abroad). And we are now trying to terminate our rent contract, and we’ve been ignored by Haart for three weeks despite emailing them (on the SPECIFIC email address we were given to detail this), despite calling them, etc. please do not go through Haart unless you want no support during your rental period 😊
