She was very informative and knowledgeable about the properties that were been shown to me. I must appreciate her professionalism and willingness to answers the questions that were asked. GoogleWe signed with Haart, knowing we had accepted an offer via another Agency - but, 3 months on, that offer appeared to be going nowhere. Nick was completely professional, took some first-class photos, and his was the only Sales team that came round for a guided tour so they knew in advance, what they offering. Highly recommended.

GoogleOriginally had a positive review the week of signing for Haart's services. Since then, my experience has gone down hill and met with continuous unresponsiveness and being spoken to unprofessionally by some of the colleagues. After paying for services for a fully managed property, my tenant had been dealing directly with me due to them having the same experiences with the agency. I have since spoken to Haart about the problems and have parted ways and I will not be using their services again.NegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleDeana Sultan is very good at what she does. You can tell that she cares, and it's not about the commission. From the very start, we provided our budget and criteria, and we were recommended properties that met our criteria. No pressure tactics whatsoever. There was clear communication from Deana directly to me, but also with the vendors, which allowed me to understand the position. Downsides: If Deana was not in, it felt as if my queries were not picked up as promptly as they would be with her. The solicitors they recommended to me, I'd have thought there would have been more of a relationship to get things done quickly, which was not the case.PositiveProfessionalism
