Not easy because my requirements and income structure were complex. Even better, she got all this arranged in double quick time to beat the 0.5% base rate increase.

However I did not like a one year Tenancy agreement with the 'Break Clause' especially when I heard from my tenant that her initial decision was to move out after 6 months.
