Alan Francis Nailed it. After being let down by another agent resulting in my property being empty for over a month. Alan Francis happened to manage the house next door and after a brief chat with one of their agents (Steve) who noticed I was working on the house expressed they would be really keen to take it on and could have a tenant signed up within a week. The next day I rang them and asked them to take care of it, it was professionally photographed and advertised within hours, in 5 days a new tenant had been referenced, and 11 days after that my new tenant was moved in. The staff were so all so proactive at making the process easier for me that I decided to go fully managed. Thank you Steve, Daniel, Abbey and Amy.

Amazing service in finding me a tenant in a few hours, and who moved in 6 days later. The tenant was very happy to be taken to the flat, full check in done with him, meters read, etc etc. Appropriate level of assertiveness in negotiating. All very professional. Money and paperwork arrived promptly. If my contact Steve was not there to answer questions, someone else seemed to know what was going on. Very happy landlord, tenant also well looked after so should be happy. Thanks to Steve and the team.

Excellent service. Jack Conway was the agent who helped sell my mothers house as she has had to go into sheltered accommodation. Extremely understanding of the situation. As I live in Glasgow and wasn't able to oversee viewings, Jack took care of these for me and my mother, and kept in touch regularly with updates as to how the sale was progressing. Always made himself available to answer questions via phone or respond to email's. Well presented brochure helped sell the house in a short space of time. Happy to recommend Alan Francis if you need a professional and courteous service.

Huge thanks and Kudos to Shani and the team for getting us through a very difficult change of tenancy! Following an increase in rent and changes to the Landlord's insurance, myself, partner, and young daughter were facing homelessness, due to my income falling short of allowing us to pass referencing. Had it not been for AF's continued efforts, going above and beyond the normal channels, and their dedication to their tenants, we would have been forced out of our home of almost 4 years and into temporary accommodation or worse. They did absolutely everything they could to keep us off the streets and we cannot be more grateful to them. Fantastic service, wonderful people and a truly 1st class team!

After deciding to sell our much loved apartment we contacted Alan Francis, and after a visit from Jack we decided they were the agents for us. I cannot fault the service they provided. This was the first property we had ever sold, so as newbies we felt a little daunted by the prospect. From the get go Jack was professional, kept in contact and gave us all the advice we required. Once the apartment was sold, which was very quickly, we were kept up to date by Craig whenever he had news to tell us. Throughout the process they have been willing to answer any questions I have had, no matter how small or silly and we are truly happy that we made the decision to have them market our property. The whole team we're fantastic and they made the entire process much easier than we had anticipated. Our contact, Jack Conway, managed to get us an offer on our property within 48 hours! and he went out of his way to help us find a perfect new home! Estate Agents can have somewhat of a bad reputation but Alan Francis deservedly bucks that trend!! Being a landlord for over 15 years I can honestly say that I would now use No OTHER Estate Agent. They are brilliant, flexible, charming, efficient, tenacious in a non pushy way, and get excellent results. Better than most. I'm not generally a fan of letting agents, but Alan Francis (and Lauren in particular) have actually been quite good to deal with. We had some issues with referencing after changing the names on our contract and Lauren went out of her way to help us resolve these issues. After all that I'm happy to be staying with Alan Francis rather than taking a risk with another letting agent. Cheers Guys!

We found the house on marketplace, called the agency; agreed to visit the property in 10 minutes and after 20 more minutes we filed the application for rent. In two weeks, after the references checked, we got the keys. I think we owe it to Vincent, who showed receptivity, efficiency and great support throughout the application process.
