Alan Francis has been fab so far. Nicky was lovely and got us into a property really quickly and was great at explaining everything. Nicky was very transparent when we initially said we wanted the property as other viewings were booked. We submitted our application whilst the other viewings took place and as promised, Nicky let us know that evening whether our application was successful or not. Was great to hear back so quickly given we needed to get in a property very quickly and we’re starting to get worried! The letting process was made as simple as possible - signing paperwork at the property on the day of getting the keys was by far easier than printing and scanning back! Thanks Nicky.

My experience of dealing with Alan Francis Ltd has been wholly positive. I have found the staff to be friendly, professional, helpful and proactive. Vincent, Ben and Casey have been a pleasure to deal with and any time I have called and they have not been available, whoever answers the phone has been equally as professional and helpful. I have over the past 6 months dealt with a number of estate agents and I can confirm that this service is not the norm! I will only be using Alan Francis Ltd going forward.

Major issue with the truly awful state of the tenants back garden (and also the shared side path) in a rental property next to my home. Communication from Alan Francis Ltd was at first non-existent and when prompted for a reply....ultimately disinterested and dismissive. States they have spoken to the landlord who is allegedly happy with this to continue, although doubt the latter has actually seen it.

We've rented the same property since 2004, in 2010 our landlord engaged Alan Francis as letting agent. Since then the service we have received from them has been second to none. Recently there were problems with the boiler in the property, it had packed up completely. Lauren has been excellent in getting this sorted, even sorting out British Gas! Lauren is a great ambassador for Alan Francis and is fully deserving of all the praise I can give. 👍👍 Update: I'd like to add that complications arose during the boiler installation. Again Lauren Gee was able to get things sorted really quickly. High five to Lauren 🖐🖐

Ben Stock has been amazing with making our rental process painless. We were shown 3 properties according to what we were looking for, we chose one and a week later we are now moving in. Super happy and super greatful. Please contact Ben for all your property needs. 5 star for these guys! OK so a Year and a bit later after my previous review on Alan Francis Ltd Staff I have more to say. We had a strange sound and smell coming from our Boiler. We not familiar with boilers as we dont use them where we are from. Our direct contact at AF is Lauren Gee, i emailed her casually about the Boiler and soon after got a call. Lauren was extremely concerned there was a smell and informed this is dangerous for us. Lauren immediately sent out a Team to assess the problem. With in a few days we had a new Boiler installed, its so quiet and free of any harmful gasses. So happy! Thanks to Lauren Gee for sorting this for us so fast!

Recently sold properties in Newport Pagnell and shenley Brook End with Alan Francis. The easiest 5 stars I’ve ever rated someone. Having seen how Alan francis operates from a buyer’s point of view , this is an agent you want selling your house. Right from our first meeting with Alan Francis i knew they were the agent for me. Fantastic experience with Alan Francis. Daniel Vincent (Lettings Manager) and Craig Cambridge (Sales Manager) visited my home to give me an idea of its value for both selling and if I were to let the property out. Both were insightful, incredibly helpful and never pushy. This made my choice a simple one as I was filled with the confidence they were the right people for the job. From day one Craig and his team worked hard to find the right buyer, always keeping my fully up to date with progress. Their work paid off when they found a buyer wanting to move quickly, managing to complete the sale within 8 weeks. Because of the quick turn around Daniel and his team then helped me with a rental property, a great place where I felt at home in straight away. If there was ever a problem, it always felt like the team were there to solve it. I can’t thank the guys at Alan Francis enough. They delivered on what they promised and more. With great local knowledge and brilliant dedication, why would anyone go elsewhere? I rented a flat through Alan Francis last April, 22nd, 2016. They went through the inspection before me renting it, or so they say. The washing machine included in the inventory was not plugged to power mains, drains or water pipe. It was dead. The hob had one fire that didn't work. 4 windows didn't close. Several bulbs were not working. Elevator was not working. Stairs and common areas were filthy. It took them 4 months to fix the windows. They come second in the never-ever-again-rent-with-them list.

I used Alan Francis few times for all range of their services in the past 2.5 years. Last week I sold my flat with them and I want especially to thank Dominic Myers. He was not only professional but went out of the way to help me with my much needed fast track sale chasing the solicitors, talking to the buyer, calling me out of the office hours updating me on the progress, organising last minute property maintenance etc. We managed to complete the sale within 5 weeks. Jack Conway was also good. Had positive experience with their letting department as well. The letting agent Nicky Maynard was very kind, helpful and efficient. I would use AF in the future as long as they manage to keep their best people. P.S. Over the past 10 years as a landlord I worked with few agencies including high street names and many of them, unfortunately are truly dreadful so AF was the pleasant relief and I wouldnt hesitate to recommend them.
